Very friendly staff and the gentleman who6waited on me made sure my pie would be ready in 10 minutes as I had got there early. He also got my order to me ahead of time and thanked me for coming in.

The worst service ever

Worst experience ever! They messed up on my order and then wouldn't give me credit for a simple 24.00 order. Gave me some lame ass excuse that the manager has to come to the store and authorize credit if you don't remember the person you spoke to when you complained. Horrible customer service and they are complete liars fabricating false information to tell customers to give them a harder time trying to obtain what they paid for.

We have ordered I think four large pizzas and pasta from Pizza Hut in Torrance at pch, two of our family members had food poisoning, we called them in the morning to report it and the response we got was oh you should not have ordered pan pizza because it has more oil so next time order hand tossed. I called again and talk to the manager they refused to give us credit .we ordered more because we had guests we ended up throwing the left over whole box pizza and pasta.they said they can send a dr home to check my daughter who was throwing up, so we said ok they said someone will call but we never got any call back.i was really upset there was no customer service,we paid $64 dollar for our order.I think with time every thing is going down.sadly there is no Pizza hut near by so we have to order from them.

Just reading other reviews, I can see they don't take any accountability. We were sent small pizzas and complained and the manager didn't care. He even said your pizza is only 2 inches smaller than advertised. I told him I would post a negative review if they didn't fix it. He SAID HE didn't care because he doesn't look at Google or yelp. Very nasty service. We ordered tonight around 7pm

NEVER order from Pizza Hut!!! Their service is AWFUL!! They will NEVER get your online order correct and they won’t own up to it. They will even admit to the fact that their software is bad and is taking orders incorrectly!! Their management is extremely discourteous and will not issue any exchanges of food or refunds, and they are argumentative and unreasonable! I used to order from them until once I got a pie that actually had a bug (yes, I said bug) cooked into the crust, then I quit ordering from Pizza Hut! After 15 years I thought I’d give them another chance and this was what happened!

I ordered two medium pizzas on the app. I immediately realized I’d forgotten to order a side of ranch with my order. When I called the Pizza Hut store to add it to my order (before they even started preparing my order,) I was told no, I paid with a credit card and they couldn’t add on to my order. I offered to pay cash and was again told no. Then when my pizza was delivered, the driver left it on the front steps outside the security gate of my townhouse complex. They didn’t reach me on the intercom, call me, or text me when they were here. I happened to be watching on the tracker on the app and saw that the delivery vehicle had been on its way to me, then it had arrived, but I was not getting the call to open the security gate via the intercom. So I went out to let them in. That’s when I found my pizzas sitting on the ground outside the gate with no delivery person to be found. And they were no longer hot! They were now just warm. By the time I plated the pizza, it was cold! I paid $36.10 for COLD PIZZA!!!! When I called the store to complain what their delivery person had done, I was told they use Door Dash to deliver and couldn’t do ANYTHING about it! I asked for a refund but I was denied. You can afford to make this right, but you didn’t do anything about it when given the details. I don’t want replacement pizza, I want a full refund.
