This place is wayyy too sugary. I'm not even sure if the smoothies have real fruit or if it's just ice and syrup. I wouldn't recommend going here...I was not pleased with the experience and their boba also has a weird taste to it. I guess the name pop makes sense in this situation.

I just simply would not recommend this place for people looking to chill and enjoy some boba tea. The person working here was so obviously bored and complete uninterested in serving us. The floor was completely dirty. I gotta say the interior decoration was really bad too. It doesn't look clean and they haphazardly put a bunch of children's drawings which would look way nicer if presented well. The one thing that's great is a myriad of flavors to choose from. I got a mango matcha green tea and I felt it was a bit too sweet. A large cost me $4.05.

I enjoyed my first visit here. Even played a little uno. Really liked my tea but my boyfriends coconut matcha smoothie was amazingly well. Super refreshing and the boba was good

It's a good Boba Place for a nice Boba Fix, Drink Quality can definitely vary between the Person making your Boba, and the Flavor you choose, some Drinks, like Matcha, can be underwhelming, Others, like Thai Tea, are pretty tasty, it also matters with Personal Experience, I came to Pop Boba since Summer of 2017, only been dissapointed once.

Delicious Boba and yummy food! the young man behind the counter was very informative and knowledgeable about the menu. a great place to Study or bring friends to sit and chat.
The ambiance is nice. I especially love their wall of artwork drawn by children. They also have this little book stand where you can grab a book and take it home, or place a book of your own on the shelf. The red stools are also a cute pop of color. Based on the interior decor itself, I would give this a solid 5/5. However, based off drinks I'd have to give it an honest 3 star rating. At first I ordered almond milk tea and boba to try a different drink. My friend ordered a matcha milk tea with boba. The matcha was okay, nothing special. The boba was a good consistency but not as flavored as I would like. The almond milk drink was SOUR. I did not like it at all. I had to go in and ask for Thai tea with boba instead. The Thai tea tasted better but not the best Thai tea I've had. I do have to give major credits to the young girl who was the only worker there on a Saturday evening. She was very polite, and so kind. She happily took my failed drink in, and made me another drink with no extra charge. When she gave me the new drink (Thai tea), she even said "let me know if this ones better." Business wise, the shop was pretty dead. Not many people were there, and the place itself was hard to locate. I missed it once and had to go back and carefully look for the shop since the store sign isn't lit. Overall, I'd have to give this place a 3/5 but I am willing to give it another try. They had coffee there too and it seemed good. Definitely will be coming back for the coffee.

The boba is not good. Tai tea tastes ok but the boba lacks quality, does not feel fresh and the flavor is nasty. The employees are nice, it is fairly priced and clean but the overall product is subpar.

Hard to find. Girl at register is like if your local not hard to find what a bunch of hoo ha! $9 for lg and reg size boba drink. Boba was hard, powdered flavor. A bunch of lies on Yelp. No lan line for the business. Reported to cashier and she don't even care to do anything about it?! Do the rest of the world a BIG favor...CLOSE DOWN ALREADY!!!
