Had a great time at Primo! I booked a day-of reservation for a large party for a family dinner and they seated us in the private dining room. The restaurant interior was very nice and the food was fantastic. Service was very good and we overall had an amazing experience!

Food was great. We had reservations at 7pm then were told it would be 10-15 min. Ended up being 30 min with pretty much no where to stand and wait. As a restaurant owner myself when this happens you definitely give the guest some sort of compensation (dessert, app, etc). Nothing was done for us.

We had reservations for 6pm so we arrived 15min early. We stood at the front entrance for 10min before even being acknowledged. We were then seated at the table next to the entrance which was not the best seat in the house. When our food was served we requested some bread which never came. Our server never came back to ask how our food was but did refill our water glasses. Not the best experience for celebrating a birthday dinner.

Wanted to have a nice dinner with my daughter. She ordered the steak "medium," but it was actually "raw plus". It was very pink and chewy. We sent it back for a tad more cooking. When her plate was re-delivered, her mashed potatoes had diminished. We're not sure if when the cook had to take the steak out to cook some more, they cleaned up her plate a bit. Anyhow, when she got her plate back, we informed them that her mashed potatoes side was reduced. They brought her another side of mashed potatoes but then tried to charge us for it. I had to ask for the charge to be removed, and they did, but for such a classy restaurant, they should have made sure no additional charges were assessed, especially after the raw steak gaffe.

Solid Italian Resturant in South Bay. Tried the Cesar salad, octopus and beef carpaccio for appetitser- have to vote the octopus as the best tender but chewy and grilled to perfection. The carpaccio is good but didn’t standout. The ceasar salad was bit disappointing. We also tried the homemade strozzapreti and tagliolini - both were delicious and taste authentic. Pasta was not overcooked and had a good chewy texture to it. Truffle pizza also outstanding.Portion size small for the price but it is a solid place to check out

We showed up on a Friday night without reservations and were accomidated very nicely. We had our own banquet room for most of the dinner, and the owner was very kind and graciously met us while we were leaving. The food was very delicious, and they made special plates for our kids upon request.Kid-friendliness: Special items made for kids and spacious room to eat without worrying about bothering other guests.

By far the best Italian restaurant I've found in the South Bay area. Absolutely love it.

Little pricey, but great food. Nice atmosphere but gets really loud on busy nights.

Touted as one of the better Italian spots in the South Bay, but I was extremely underwhelmed. The food was all average, if not slightly below average. The service was decent, but our waiter had a sassy attitude. For the price you pay, neither portion nor flavor was worth it. Only giving it an extra star because the drinks are decent and ambiance was cute. We ordered a few drinks and shared appetizers; came out to about $100 per person. There is a free parking lot, but it's a slight walk with stairs. Not handicap friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult

Our part of 8 reserved a couple weeks ahead and ended up in the private dining room. What a treat ! We had privacy, could hear each other well and our service was excellent! The wine choices were plentiful and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the wine and food. We shared carpaccio and two pizzas to start and then enjoyed our own delicious entrees- everything from pastas to salmon. We highly recommend this delicious restaurant and will be back !

We sat at a table next to the piano and the door. You couldn't hear to talk and it was freezing every time the doir was open. I made a reservation and still waited 20 minutes. It was not a nice evening.

First time at the restaurant. Really good food. Live entertainment was a bonus. Love the ambiance as well. Can't wait to go back. Maybe it will be our new go to Italian!
