I know it seems pretty random to review a Quiznos, but I just had to give a shout out after I ordered pickup from the app yesterday. I'm always a bit skeptical of how things will go when using an app -- lots of places seem to have kinks to work out -- but everything went super smooth. My food was ready, and they even noticed the special request I made in the order to get extra sauce for the steakhouse sandwich on the side. Also, there were hardly any fountain drink flavors available when I got there because they're about to switch to Coke products, so they were cool with me grabbing a bottled drink from the fridge. All in all, perfect customer experience. Oh, and in addition to the steakhouse, we got the pastrami. Both were excellent.
