First time here and we had the Tonkotsu Shio Ramen, Yamadaya Bun and Tempura. Everything was tasty and service was quick. This nice little ramen shop has the feel and comfort of a ramen shop in Japan. The menu is extensive, you could easily order more than you can eat, but you want to try everything. There is limited parking, but there is a small lot nearby.
I've been here a few times when I was younger and a few times as an adult, I always have a good time yet this most recent it just wasn't great. I got the Spicy Tonkatsu. The chasu pork was cold and not tender having to eat the whole piece rather than bite it off (it wouldn't separate) the egg was plain 0 marinate flavor. And not to mention the worst part is the portion to price, for 17 dollars after tax to have the same portion as brick ramen was just ridiculous....
Tonkotsu ramen was delicious, but...
The noodles were way too boiled and too salty...
However, it seems to be quite popular, and take-out orders came in all the time, so I guess it was tailored to the tastes of the locals.
