Please save your time and go to another juice place or get something else. Upon arrival I was greeted by two younger ladies who had crop tops , wore no gloves, and were eating while taking my order. They both were laughing making remarks while taking my order I left outside to take a call and when I came back in they had opened a bag of chips and an avocado and started to snack and said "your order is here and tossed my straw" I should have left when I didn't see any gloves on or saw their "uniform" Save your time and money.

I've always been a fan of Robeks and was highly disappointed with this location. While my mom and I waited for our smoothies we noticed the employee smelling the blender before making our smoothies and made a strange face as if it smelled bad yet still made them in those blenders. We figured we would just let that go instead of complaining about it, but then when we got our smoothies and tried them in the car we were in disbelief of how bad they tasted. They literally tasted like the fruit went bad. We ended up throwing them away.

I got gift cards for my closest coworkers for the New Year (if they were making resolutions). One particular recipient didn't use his card for a couple of months but now he goes at least weekly. He's hooked lol. I enjoy Robek's because there is a flavor that sets them apart from other brands. They are not into having the sweetest drink combos which is pleasantly attractive especially if you are sugar-sensitive group.

Sitting waiting for an almond delight now. Have been here for more than half my lunch! Why is there only 1 person working during lunch hour? And by the way the girl is taking her sweetest time making the orders! Common! This is insane!

I decided to stop by Robeks and get me a smoothie and let me tell you that I was very disappointed with the service. I was not greated at all, the two gangster looking gals that finally realized they had a customer! (They were dressed very provocative) didn't great me at all, took forever to make my big Wednesday smoothie with several oats floating around (SMH) as I was walking to get my smoothie, the girl just threw the straw and walked away!!! Never coming back! This was 3/1 around 8pm

The Asian guy wearing sandals and house clothes ignored us the whole time. He must be the owner or related to them because he looks like he doesn’t care about being there at all.The place was a mess and we left with nothing because we stood at the register for TEN minutes without a greeting or any acknowledgement. I get that you may be working on mobile orders but it only takes 5 seconds to let us know you’ll be right with us.I recommend Nektar across the street. We ordered and got our drinks in less than the ten minute we waited at Robeks.

They did not greet us nor did they acknowledge us as we were standing at the register for atleast 10 minutes. we were also the only ones in the store. I can understand if they were busy, but at least greet us or let us know that you'll be right with us.it was soo bad to the point we left and went across the street to get our protein smoothies at Nekter instead. And we got better service there!!!You guys lost a customer, I will definitely not be going back to robeks ever again.

Morning mood. Went to this location and behind the counter service was super unhappy. The juice was good but the customer service changes that atmosphere. Not my typical spot to buy smoothies but happens to be along the way to work.

I recurved a Grubhub delivery and my order was unacceptable. My usual drink is $17 and I received a barely half full drink the other half was foam. I ordered a shot of wheatgrass and received something yellow. I tried calling and no answer at the location. I am so disappointed that this would even leave the store this way. Maybe I got the wrong order, but if not you should check up on the integrity of your workers.

How can the manager leave these guys so short-staffed? There's only one guy working and 6 customers here in the restaurant plus door dash orders coming through non-stop. Very irresponsible of management. And this isn't the first time I see this happen.

Echoing what others have already said. Quite dirty inside. Got a South Pacific squeeze with passion fruit juice and it didn't even have a hint of sweetness and lacked any flavor. They told me a lot of people complain about the passion fruit juice so they made me a Raspberry Romance and it was incredibly runny and had a completely off consistency. Complete waste of $8.
