Terrible service. Called on the phone 2:16pm today & chose help center to get availability of product. She didn't even asked to check on website that is in the computer in front of her.. she could check that based on code that I had. Apparently being lazy and giving zero customer service is the way to be an employee of Sam's club. Saying she cannot give availability of product over the phone & one need go to store in order to know. I mean there is help center in order to help customer. That's not service. Hope they train them better otherwise need shop at Costco because I need gd service or any!!!! The person on phones name was Melissa. Won't go to that location unless better service or management fire ones who are lazy and rude!

Been a member since 96 but customer service is lacking here and the Gardena location it's not the same- been standing at this counter for over a half hour watched lines come and go - the manager Gene and 3 associates have all said be right back and don't come back want to leave but it's a gift for a truly deserving person

It's ridiculous that there is only one checker open in the early hours for plus members. I paid extra money to be able to get in early after a night shift. But to have one checker is unacceptable!

This tire department is the biggest joke ever. I recently purchased tires for my truck. The guy who sold me the tires told me the would be in the next day that took 3 weeks. Today I got a flat and I got my truck to Sam's it was 2 hours before they closed and then it took 20 min for someone to help. Then tell me oh sorry there's nothing we can do until Tuesday or I can walk in and hopefully get lucky. Worst experience ever they truly need to fix this place!!!!

The lines are ridiculous. I don't understand why they don't have more cashiers especially on Friday, Sat and Sunday. The wait in lines is about 30min to 1hr long. Are they trying to save money and not pay more staff?!

I came to Sam's Club for a battery change the staff were very friendly. Juan and Noah did a great job on helping me with my car troubles. I definitely recommend going to Sam's club for battery or tire services.

This is my go to sams club and find a lot of great things in stock. I love the scan and go makes shopping easier. Lately I've been disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. A queso fresco I purchased had a hole poked thru the side and I didn't notice till I got home. Most recently I punched the smores snack mix and a day later my boyfriend noticed a hole in the bag. Looked as if a rat chewed threw it. Totally grossed out that I ate it without noticing. It's frustrating how I have to check the merchandise extremely hard now when I shop. I suggest you check your items twice before purchasing.

This Sam's Club has been a lifesaver this past year. They usually have everything I want (except brown eggs have been hard to find recently) and at great prices. I mostly shop online, but the few times I've shopped in-club it hasn't been too crowded and lines aren't ridiculously long. The curbside pickup is great and employees are always friendly.

Tire department is a waste of time Had an appointment for tires only ro realize that appointments mean nothing and that technicians work at a snail's pace. An entire hour after my appointment and with my car on the lifts thr entire time, finally someone remembers I bought tires to be installed. I could have gottened tune tires cheaper and service faster at Pep Boys, Costco or Fairmont. Hope this review encourages anyone looking for tires to go elsewhere.

More relaxed shopping experience, less crowded. Good mix of quality products. Providing curbside pickup upon request. Self scan checkout for non alcoholic items. Alcoholic items must go through normal checkout. Some stock items are inconsistently available. Sone random items in stock not part of curbside pickup. It's a mystery how to provide feedback to store management.

Cashiers do not sanitize between customers and they force you to place items on the belt even though the products are arranged with the UPC up in the cart. I asked the cashier why do they force us to take our items out of the cart? She stated it was policy. I responded that the policy should be to avoid contact and not touch our groceries. She said if I don't like it I can go to self checkout. Self checkout is absolutely the alternative but this option is not available when purchasing wine so they need to come up with a better policy and call a supervisor when health concerns are raised.

I ordered the unicorn cake for my daughters 13th Birthday. It was totally not what I ordered. Sams Club has always been my go to for cakes until now. They even called me to confirm my order. When I went to pick up and told her this wasn't mine. She argued with me. I wish I never picked it up. I am completely devastated. 1st pic is what I ordered 2nd is what I got.

DONT PURCHASE ELECTRONICS HERE unless you want the worst customer service if anything goes wrong with them.... I purchased a 70" Samsung TV during a promotion about 2 weeks ago.. The first week I bought it, it had issues and still does. Basically everytime I turn it on I have to reset it in order for it to work properly. According to samsung specialists and much online research I've concluded that its a glitch/ manufacturer defect... A Samsung specialist advised me to exchange it. I took the TV to Sams Club and explained the situation. I simply wanted to exchange my TV for the SAME make and model.. Just one that worked perfectly with no glitch... Seems reasonable but, I was told that I could only get the SAME TV if I paid the higher price for it because it was no longer on promotion....This was less than 2 weeks later during the exchange/return period. Its not my fault Sams Club sold me a a broken TV so, why should I have to pay more for it 2 weeks later when I should have received a fully functioning product to begin with? It wasn't a cheap purchase and Im upset at how the Sams Club member services team handled it.... I was given the wrong number to call corporate about the situation and told that they could basically do nothing to help me. If this is the way Sams Club treats customers, people should go elsewhere... People are better off going to Costco. I will never deal with Sams Club again and I hope no one else has to deal with a situation like this like I did. Its shady and it's wrong.
