Have ordered the spaghetti and lasagna here and have enjoyed it. It's not authentic but not bad. Made the mistake of ordering the chicken parm today. Super overcooked the bottom of one of the cutlets was blackened/burnt. It was like trying to cut a shoe. Not sure if it was microwaved either, it was so rubbery. Really disappointed as this has been one of our go to places for moderately prices italian before.

Rather than authentic Italian food, you should think of it as the Italian style that Americans like.Personally, I think the pasta is more recommended than the pizza. The pizza is delicious, but it's not pot-fired, so it's not what you'd expect from an authentic Italian pizza! lol Customer service is great. The inside of the restaurant is small, so I think it's better to take out than dine in.

Went to Scardino's tonight, while the food was ok, it took us over an hour to actually be served. We came in with our 5:30 PM reservation, we were seated and ordered a drink. When our waitress came back, we ordered our food, at the same time, they were seating a party of 12 across from us. After about 30 minutes, they were serving the party of 12, and we had not seen our food yet. After about 10 minutes of not seeing our waitress, I got up and went to the front and asked where are food was. Another 5 minutes went by, and the party of 12 was well into their meal at this point. Another waitress brought our food, as we complained about the service, she said it was not her fault and we were being rude to her. She threw down two of our 3 meals and stormed off. A few minutes later, our waitress showed up with the 3rd meal and apologized. While the food may be mediocre, the service was terrible. Their attitude towards us was very clear, they do not give rats behind about their customers!

We used to go once a week but after tonight we will never return. Our server, a young lady was so rude ,unprofessional and had so much attitude. We were shocked by the way she treated us . Maybe she is the daughter of the boss and treat customers horribly !

The worst Italian restaurant in the Torrance area Southern California. My spaghetti was under cooked, the Veal parmesan was very very tough and over cooked. They charge top dollar for poor quality food service. When you order a glass of wine, they give you less than 25% of the wine glass. Three days later I ordered a medium pizza to go and the pizza crust was under cooked. My wife and I will never go to this restaurant!! The people that come to this restaurant don't know any better. Sad to say.

First they did a nice job with the small Italian restaurant feel but that is all this place has.Last night was my latest disappointment at this place. My wife ordered a pizza that was doughy with little sauce or flavor. I had the canolli that was supposed to have sausage with a meat sauce well they left the sausage out and had a very small amount of meat sauce. Not sure what meat they use in the sauce I would say something between saw dust and McDonald's meat. Will not go back.

First time here. Had reservations and saw a line out the door. After checking in we were pleasantly surprised to see that they had our table set aside and it was the last table available. That was nice. We started off with the lobster ravioli which was very good. I then ordered the chicken cacciatore and my wife had the penne ala vodka. Both were very good, the sauces were delicious. For dessert we shared a tiramisu which also was delicious. Our waiter was fantastic, we brought our own wine and he opened and poured for us and kept an eye on us thru the meal. Definitely will be back as there are meals we would love to try. 5 star all the way

Fraud -they charged me more amount than I wrote on my receipt! I always make sure to write numbers clearly so there's NO way they can read my numbers wrong. Everyone should check your receipt if you have eaten here!

Homey Italian spot in a strip mall. Came here for dinner with a couple of friends and waited for about 20 minutes to get a table. Outdoor seating that is dog-friendly as well as indoor seating available. The outdoor seating does have heating. Parking is free and directly in front of the restaurant. We had complimentary garlic bread which we wolfed down and shared the lasagna, pumpkin ravioli, and pesto (we added chicken for an additional charge). One of the dishes came with minestrone soup on the side. The pastas were hearty and the sauces were all well made. My favorite was the pumpkin ravioli. The spot is family friendly and primarily local. Single occupant restroom is available inside close to the kitchen.
