This place is GREAT! Bartender was super nice, the beers are soooo sooo soo good! We tried so many of them and we loved all of them!!! The decor and vibe are immaculate! they have a free arcade room in the back, many choices of board games and even event night such as paint night. The kitchen was closed so didnt get to try any food! Coming back for sure!

Beer is great. We are from out of town and let the bartender know and he was a nice guy. He gave us recommendations to try and had a good chat with him. If I'm ever back in the LA area, I would like to give this place business again.

I’ve never left a review on an establishment, but this bizarre experience has successfully earned my first 1 star review. We are a local family who looked forward to trying a new spot but were very disappointed. Upon reading responses to other reviews and seeing Jason defend his bartenders upsetting behavior towards children…. Tacky, & we will not be returning. Highly recommend not going here with family. I think management must be clueless on costumer service.
I was with the group from the review below. That is empathetically untrue. Your bartender did not discuss anything with us 5 times. There many groups of families there with different children so he may have had us confused. We witnessed his yell at a mother with 2 children who were not part of our group. Our children were in the game room and then played outside with the board games on the high top tables, supervised. And yes tips are earned, I believe horrible service and rude attitude towards us and hostility towards children would earn zero tip. A few of us are business owners and were shocked by the behavior. There are plenty of other breweries that have better service, attitudes and beers and are kid friendly. We will not be back.

This place is disgusting and when I use that term I am referring to the bartender's behavior. He was wildly inappropriate to us, cursing at us in front of children. Basically chased us out of the establishment and yelling in-front of other customers. They advertise as a family friendly establishment, I would strongly disagree. He was so mean to our children, when another customer spilled a beer and broke a glass in the game room, he yelled at the kids and it wasn't their fault then he shut the game room down. As soon as we left he opened the arcade room back up and was laughing. Being intentionally mean to kids is a whole new low. The beer isn't that good and the service was horrible. Classless establishment.

My wife and I had our wedding reception at Scholb, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. We had access to the entirety of their space, and their beer menu is phenomenal. The price to rent the space was super reasonable, and the staff was friendly as hell and accommodating as shit! Great people great beers and a beautiful, mellow atmosphere. We love scholb and so should you!

I can here for a baby shower and initially had some doubts based on the location but once you walk into the gates, it’s a very welcoming and comfortable space. The beer selection is good and staff and truly kind and helpful.
