Shakey's Pizza Parlor

Made a reservation for my son’s birthday / graduation for today and it all went smoothly. The managers Luis & Hank ensured we were taken cared of showed us to where we would be sitting, and even brought our food out to our table together. They seem to work good together to ensure everyone was having a good time. I’m glade I choose Shakey’s to celebrate at.

Great service, great food, great location. stopped by to celebrate my son graduating from elementary school, since he asked to eat here, and everyone enjoyed everything from the games, the ac, to the fresh hot food.

I was here for a kid's birthday party... from my perspective, the place was clean and the food was good. Didn't really interact much with employees and I avoided the game room because it was full of excited children running around chaotically. They had big screens with the Hockey Championship going on so I was satisfied just lounging around at the dinning area.

Lunch buffet and salad very well kept.....fresh food.....and great taste.

Pizza was under cooked. I won't go to that shakeys anymore.

Overall good place, especially for children. Pizza, mojos, & chicken is good. Not too expensive. No smoothies even though it was on their menu. Atmosphere is family friendly, clean. Arcades available. Service is good, workers are nice. Overall a good place for families / super casual dining

We ordered an 8 pc chicken at this location for takeout. Drove home and opened the box of chicken well surprise “chicken was over cooked, rubbery, hard and burnt” such a DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!!! Immediately called the Store back and i asked to speak to a manager and the order taker said that the manager was on his break and that i can just leave a message. Mind you I explained to this person what the issue was , she didn’t seem like she cared so she transferred my call and surprisingly someone answered the call and then hanged up! RUDE!!! So after an hour I called the store back and was able to speak to the manager. Hank the manager said yes he got the message and he is going to give me a store credit. So I said i don’t want a store credit i want my money back and he argued with me that in order for me to get my money back is if I come back to the store the same day with my receipt. I was like SERIOUSLY ….. I am not driving this late night. This is ya’ll fault and you want make me to drive back “ABSOLUTELY NOT “ So i said i want a refund and he said there system would not allow them to do refund over the phone. He said best he can do was a store credit. Long story short I will pay a visit on Monday and speak with the General Manager about the situation. So NEWS FLASH if ya’ll want some dry burnt over cooked chicken then this is the PLACE to be!!!

Outstanding!!!! On the East Coast my kids enjoy Cici's pizza but they offer pizza, salad, and bread! Shakey's offers almost the same but a great quality and twist. It's a pizza buffet, and the buffet is only during lunch hours(11-2pm). However, for $34 we got a large pan pizza, fried chicken, and their famous mojo potatoes! The food was amazing! I have no complaints. They have a great salad bar as well. The fried chicken was seasoned to perfection, like my grandma was in the back with her foot in it. I 10/10 recommend.

Bunch of Lunch - best deal in town - period! For what you get, the price & AYCE - makes this food taste better? Pizza was tasty, bring your own Louisiana Hot Sauce (if ya know, ya know), seasonings, and honey (if your into that or hot honey ?) - to boost the fried chicken ? profile. Mojo potatoes ? were on point, as usual. A Bunch of Lunch - hits the spot, and wins every time. ?️I'LL BE BACK✝️?

Wow! Shakey's has really stepped up their game! We went there for their buffet lunch and were very impressed. They had at least 4 hot, fresh pizzas (sometimes as many as 6 at a time), pasta with two choices of sauce, their Mojo potatoes, fried chicken, steamed veggies, and a very nice salad bar. Everything tasted great, and looked fresh and appetizing thanks to the hard-working woman stationed there.

And when it was time to leave, the women's bathroom was very clean and fully stocked, which was so appreciated!

Great job, Shakey's!! We'll definitely be back!

I was impressed by almost every aspect of my visit here. Food was good and the buffet was stocked. Service was great. Atmosphere and seat configuration allowed ample room to mill about while refilling at the buffet. Ample parking. A very solid Bunch of Lunch.
