The couple of times we were there for lunch, the crust on the pizza, thin crust, was hard and burned. The chicken was cooked alright during both visits. The attendants were efficient with collecting the plates once you're finished using them and the tables were clean.
Great service and food! Love Shakey’sKid-friendliness: The service at this Shakey’s was 100% from the person taking our order to the other, ensuring we needed anything at our table. We enjoyed our time! We were a party of 15 celebrating my two birthdays.

Went there with my kids because we drive past it all the time. The food was surprisingly expensive for a pizza parlor. They also have games for the kids in the back, but you are not allowed to sit there. ??? Also, half the games they have there don’t work and so I spent the time asking the staff to replace it lost quarters. The food was just ok and the staff were friendly but the trouble of the quarters and the games was too much. Go to Pizza California Hwy instead.
