Great location, great beers, and helpful staff. What a treat to have a wide selection of unique craft brews in a thoughtfully designed space and a welcoming community environment. We’ll definitely be back!
Smog City’s West Torrance taproom is the kind of place you end up coming back to again and again. It hits that rare sweet spot between a relaxed neighborhood hangout and a beer list that always keeps things interesting.
The menu has real range. Whether you’re into crisp lagers, hoppy IPAs, or rich, full-bodied stouts, there’s always something worth ordering. They rotate in new stuff regularly too, so you’re never stuck drinking the same thing twice.
But the real reason this place is a standout is the crew. The staff actually cares. They know the beer, they’re excited to talk about it, and they make the whole experience feel personal without trying too hard.
It’s the perfect place to catch up with a friend, bring your dog, or just reset after a long day. Smog City West feels like the kind of taproom every neighborhood should have, but most don’t.
Such a great local business and resource! So fun to sit with friends. Play games. Listen to live music. Hear comedy. The list goes on. And the bartenders are fire. A great time!
Delicious drinks! Friendly staff, chill vibes. Dog-Friendly but I always forget to bring my pup - maybe next time!
Great beer
Small but pleasant place, they have variety and good beers, apparently Saturdays are for karaoke. They don't sell food.
Todd is a national treasure. I have been to over 100 brewery’s across the United States and Todd is THE GOAT of brewery bartenders, he can answer any question you have about the beer!
This is said to be an extension of Smog City brewery, had I known this was where we were headed I would've gone elsewhere. Smog City is known to have some of the worst beer in Los Angeles. I am surprised they are still in business. The beer was flat and tasted like all they do is add hop after hop because there is no other flavor than the hops, no balance what so ever. It's time to hang it up people. Find another hobby.
The table saison has a very mild sour taste. Very delicious Saison! The Buzzworthy Stout has a slight honey flavor and bourbon Barrel aged so there's that! I'd you like bourbon and honey this is your jam!!!
They don’t open on time. Been there after 5:15pm on Tuesday- no signs of life…….
