This was my first time here and at this location. I was treated so rudely by an Asian female worker with glasses who was in the morning shift. It just ruined my day for no reason. Management should do better to find decent people who care about customer service and being kind to one another.

They charged me instead of redeeming my account for a reward. I called and their manager Maddie said to come back for a free drink and I said I wanted the refund and she said no problem. Now I’m being told that they can’t refund me since it is days later. Horrible experience and rude employees.

One of the workers, female, curly hair, glasses, oversized, was incredibly rude and treated me like I was stupid. She was super passive aggressive and unkind. Horrible customer service

Had to go back to get my drink (mango dragonfruit ) remade cuz it tasted like water . The employe had the adasaty to question that it taste like water . Keep in mind i have that drink with and without dragonfruit many times so ik how it's supposed to taste . She kept arguing with me till she said we can remake it and put lemonade in it so I said fine cuz i wanted to get out of there as fast as I can since I was in lunch . It took my whole lunch to just get the drink through mobile order . I felt like asking a refund and forgetting the drink . Won't be returning to this location again .

There are always 2 people only in the front working but it shouldn’t take that long for a lot of us customers to wait in line and for our orders to be made. Especially if your someone who is works in the mall and only have a 15 min break and your order hasn’t been yet during this 15 min. This is the second time this has happened where I had to wait in line and for my order to be finished for a long time.

I visited this store Thursday evening and was taken back by how well the team managed even though they were very short-staffed. One cashier and one barista at any given time should never be the norm in an environment with so much foot traffic. Eventually another employee joined and that's when things really began to shine. I admire how the baristas demonstrated great team work. From a distance I heard, "Which drinks would you like to work on?" His colleague then went on to formulate a game plan that quickly began to expedite drinks to customers. It was teamwork that really made the team shine. Some customers were impatient and demonstrated no empathy. However, we are talking about a barista team that was making things work with what little staff they had. I applaud the barista team. Keep up the good work. I hope management sees the stellar employees they have.

On a Tuesday night at 7:30 there were 2 girls working. I understand that one is taking/making orders and one is cleaning. But when your line is long, and I've spent 25 min waiting for my coffee and loaf, someone needs to step in and make the decision to have the 2nd girl help. The wait was ridiculous. I spent almost my entire 30 min break waiting!

I ordered a venti BLONDE vanilla ice latte with vanilla cold
Foam and when I got it look to dark to be a BLONDE so I told the barista if they could remake it and all they told me was have you tried it and proceeded to walk away I had to ask someone else help me and when they remade it after I tried my drink and it was to strong they made it the same way I frustrated and just left. worst experience ever I had with Starbucks

I mobile ordered and after 15 minutes I ask if my food is ready because the app said it was and the lady gives me a bunch of adutude and then she calls my name a couple minutes later and she says they are out of grilled cheeses asks if I want another sandwich and I say sure can I look at the menu for a sec and she says sure and then she goes to the back and never comes back. So I tell another employee and he says that he will make me my food right now, but he forgets and another 15 minutes pass and I finally say something else and the only nice employee apologizes and makes my sandwich. I FINALY get my food after 30 minutes 😡😡😡😡
