Horrible service. I came in order a coffee and use the bathroom. The bathroom door was open and one of the workers said I can’t go in there because the floor is wet and I need to leave. I stood my ground and asked what can they do abt the floor being wet? One of the other workers simply grabbed something to wipe down the floors while the other workers shouted at me that I need to leave.. horrid customer services from Two Karen(s) while they argued with me the whole time they were wiping down the bathroom. Seriously be a human and pick your battles. Amazingly simple minded of staff for no reason. Telling me a need to leave for wanting to use the bathroom, which is a human urge. Why be less than human to another human, I don’t understand but I will be calling corporate, I hope audio is recorded so they can hear them yelling at me to leave.

She Watered It Down because She Was Mad she had to remake it.I ordered a brown sugar shaken expresso with light ice.Did not follow instructions, so she threw an attitude, okay I get it, but she was wrong for adding water to my drink.So,If I remind her, light ice, I'm annoying.But If its made wrong, I'm the bad guy.If I'm buying something with my hard earned money, I want it done as instructed.Is that so bad ?

Completely normal Starbucks. A little bit of a challenge to find when you make your mobile order. Don't confuse this one with the one inside Vons.Mobile orders are available to pick up at the end of the counter. There's a bathroom with a code. They put quite a few tables outside, which is nice for seating. TL/dr: pretty decent chain Sbux; less crowded than many

Maddie and Angel are superstars! I used to work at Starbucks so I know the level of service that should be provided. The one on torrance and hawthorne doesn't compare to this one. I go to this one because I know what I'm getting. They both deserve a raise and promotion for going above and beyond. Thank you Kathy and Val as well! They are superstars too! Best Starbucks in LA county because of all people mentioned above!! 10/10 stars!!

Everytime I stop by at this location I'm always greeted when a great big smile. The staff is super friendly and they are very attentive.Parking: It's in a small strip mall. Parking available in front, on the side and the back of Satbucks.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible and the tables are wheel chair friendly.

Amazing staff!!!! Always friendly and fast with making orders. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location and they made my 2 item order in under 5 minutes. 10/10 recommend making this location your favorite on the app❤️
I'm only giving it one star because I can do 0. This Starbucks has horrible service. Instead of making your order they way you ask they play with your food like amateur artist. This is the 3rd time they've messed upOn my order and I will not returning to this dump.

I stopped going to this location on my way to work because they changed their rules on mobile orders and require me to wait and ask someone for my order. They told me it was a corporate requirement but none of the other Starbucks I've been going to since have implemented this rule. I'd rather go out of my way to avoid having to wait in line and ask for my drink that's sitting within eye shot.

My shaken espresso was good. However, my order was Light Ice. Over half a cup of ice does not equal "light" in my book but I guess everything is a matter of perspective. I prefer to get more coffee than ice and aVenti that is not watered down after 15 mins. It was really busy in there. Hats down to the baristas for keeping their cool.
