Every single time I try and get a refill they always have to inquire with the manager about the refill policy even though the refill policy is on the website. So annoying.
Even worse when the barista said she needed to check with her manager she instead went to do other things first.

The customer service was great (It was 5 stars) but the drinks were not. My caramel frappucino was not sweet at all, and in my daughter's drink the boba was just like these clumps of powder.

My go to drinks when stopping by are the Grande Caramel Frappuccino with EXTRA caramel AND the GRANDE ICE MATCHA LATTE with GOLDEN FOAM & CHESTNUT PRALINE SYRUP.
Trying getting a drink but for some reason it was closed before hours they have on website. All their lights where on including the drive thru light but no one seem to be around. There is no sign saying closed. There was asleep a delivery driver dropping off merchandise and also said it was closed. They can at least post a sign and turn off lights if they had to closed for whatever reason they have . Thanks

Been here about 10 times since they relocated here. Every time they were out of something. Last night all i wanted was a cold brew with milk. They were out of cold brew. Pretty sad. Workers here are slow and don't seem motivated. They seem unhappy. I am not exaggerating, every time i come here they are out of something from my simple order. Wait times are always long as well, every time.
