I drive by around 7-730 am most days. They’re very friendly and I love how long the drive thru is, When the line is long it is very useful. They’re quick and offer a pup cup for my animal companion. That’s what I appreciate the most!
The customer service was great (It was 5 stars) but the drinks were not. My caramel frappucino was not sweet at all, and in my daughter's drink the boba was just like these clumps of powder.
Been here about 10 times since they relocated here. Every time they were out of something. Last night all i wanted was a cold brew with milk. They were out of cold brew. Pretty sad. Workers here are slow and don't seem motivated. They seem unhappy. I am not exaggerating, every time i come here they are out of something from my simple order. Wait times are always long as well, every time.
