Every time I come to this Starbucks, it has the worst service. But today, I had enough with them. I pulled up to the drive-thru, not greeted or at least acknowledged as being there to order.
I asked if they had a drink available (which I was reading from an online menu). For some reason, the young lady working the drive-thru couldn't understand what I was asking for. But the second person on the headset understood exactly what I was asking for and gave me an answer, but with a tone. Not very nice.
I've worked the drive-thru in my teenager years and being polite and professional was important. Do better Starbucks.

Like to come here, quite and clean, there are Trader Joe’s and Pinwheels at the same spot. For me, I can get them at one time.

Jocelyn was great, friendly, and helpful during our visit. More service representatives should have her attitude.

Asked for a cup of ice & was told I had to purchase a drink. How does that make sense, why would I purchase a $6 drink to receive a cup of ice. The guy said he couldn’t even give free water. Never have I been turned down for water or ice . Crazy

I don't usually go to this Starbucks because the service is slow. The crew seems to be busy talking to each other rather than pushing out the orders.

Food and drinks are very expensive, and it’s always far too loud to get the “café experience”.

Customer always last here behind stocking, pricing and personal conversation. Crumbs all over and staff just saying how they are ready to go home.

I don’t write a lot of business reviews. This Starbucks absolutely requires it due to lack of correction for drink orders. Looking at others that have taken the time to write a review for this location have the same thing to say about their experience with this Starbucks. Oder after order mistakes with no concern when you point this out to the staff. The straw that broke the camels back was today for me. I was handed my drink at the window when I pointed out to the person handing me the drink that I ordered a Venti size not a grande. They took my drink back, poured the grande drink into a venti cup, added more ice until the venti cup was full. They didn’t add drink to fill the cup they added ice until it looked full. The crazy thing is that my order was for lite ice as well. It’s one think to often forget sweetener, wrong drink all together, but to literally cheat me out of the amount of drink? That’s intentional Cheating the customer. That’s enough!!!
CLOSED. Relocated

Bad management! Unattended ladder in the middle of drive thru. Manager refused to do anything at all. Turned out it was from Susie's Cakes. Starbucks never did a thing, had to get police involved.

Disappointing Experience at PCH Rolling Hills Location
I've visited this fairly new Starbucks location several times, and unfortunately, each time has been a disappointment. It's not just a one-time issue—my orders have been consistently wrong, and the attention to detail is lacking. On multiple occasions, the cap on my drink wasn't properly secured, causing spills. Luckily, it was a cold drink, or else I might've been hurt.
The customer service here is severely lacking. During my last visit, I asked for a drink remake because they had prepared it incorrectly. The young lady making my drink acted as if I was a burden to her, which is unacceptable. The staff seems rushed and unprofessional, making mistakes far too often. It's frustrating to feel like an inconvenience as a customer.
They really need to hire people who actually belong in a Starbucks, not employees who clearly hate their job. The only reason I even go to this location is because it’s literally right by my house, and it’s convenient. But at this point, I’d rather go three blocks down to the other Starbucks—they at least have nice people there who value their customers.

Closed to waste your time like I did!
This place is permanently closed. It has been closed since they opened a new Starbucks on the other side of Rolling Hills Plaza that also has a drive thru.
Looks like this one closed for good.
