I cant believe what I just witnessed. A Starbucks employee denying a woman to use an outside restroom. The employee closed the window on the woman's face at that! How disrespectful...Starbucks corporate you need to retrain your employees specifically the latino guy with the arm tattoo employee at this location. Avoid this location at all costs!

I ordered a cold macha latte, but I didn't want ice in it. They gave me half the matcha. The foam wasn't Mancha, and they wouldn't exchange it. This is company policy. I mean, if I order something without ice, will they give me half the ice? I had to return it. Terrible service. This has never happened to me anywhere else.

There were only 2 workers working around 5pm today female and male and they did an amazing job even with the high traffic. They deserve a raise! My drink tasted great. :) delicious

I stopped going in January 2025 and hadn’t returned until today . The issue I would have is the drinks weren’t consistent . They would forget to add caramel on an iced caramel machiatto or sweetener . So I would find myself having to drive back to let them know . And the replacement drink would still be bad …. So today I gave it another shot … and again they forgot to add sweetener, and again the replacement drink was just as bad . I walked up to the window and told the girl there and she said they would remake it , but she made me throw the bad drink in the trash before I walked off … I find that unprofessional , why not u take the drink and discard it yourself inside instead of treating me like a child and making me throw it away before I walk off. I won’t be returning . I gave it time and another chance and nothing has changed sadly .

I absolutely love this Starbucks I always have a great experience with anytime I mobile order or just regularly order from there and it’s always such good quality! Today I had a barista named Tanisha and she was super friendly! 10/10 recommend anyone in the local Torrance area to go to this Starbucks.

I just purchased 2 pieces of Pumpkin Loaf. I thought it looked a bit different. The date on the package is October 5, 2024. According to google the date should be within a couple of days of purchase. Do better Starbucks!!

I know in-person "dining" at Starbucks has been mixed in the last couple years. This spot has a nice open air dining area for customers, which seems nice at first, but in reality is just at that point where the wind just a little too much to make it enjoyable.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp from the parking lot to the order window. It's also a drive-thru if you're just passing through in a vehicle.
