What a shame. I usually get great service here, and usually my drinks are fine... except this time.The service was horrible. My usual baristas were not there and it started bad already. I asked for a peppermint mocha and they were out, which is understandable. So I asked for the regular mocha with extra chocolate topping. Usually they don't charge me. This time, they did. Anyways, I drive up to pick up and I tasted my drink, my wife hers. They tasted disgusting. No flavor on both. So I pull away adm park to not hold traffic or the person behind me. The lady at the window already seemed angry before I even approached. I walked up and she asked what was wrong with them. I said they taste disgusting, and I was about to say a bit more and she annoyingly cut me off. "Alright, alright!". Just terrible customer service. No sorry. No would you like us to get you new drinks. Nothing. Starbucks REALLY needs better workers, and they wanna get paid more money for what they do? I will never go back here, and I come here at least 4 times a week. What a shame.

Where do all the locals go? Well, they are hanging out at the Starbucks on Torrance Blvd. Coffee drinkers dawn the tables with their laptops, iPads, Kindles, you name it you'll see it. A rather laid back location, you can get your beverage and snack and sit indoors or if weather permits, they do have the outdoor patios where the locals go with their 4 legged friends.Starbucks Menu, Starrbucks beverages. Lots of parking BUT depending on which direction you are in, beware only of the left turn getting into the parking. I recommend going around the block for a right turn entrance to the mall where Starbucks is located

On a Mini Vacay... Chose this StarbucksBecause it was Conveniently on a Corner.So I could run in & run out. However, onceInside, I grabbed a table near a large windowAnd Sat still for a Change. And I was glad I didThis place was small, but Quaint. And QuieterThan most. Soooo, I gave myself a Mini Break, on my Mini Vacay!! What a Nice way to start my day! ? ohhhh! I had a Yummy CaramelMarquiata with Coconut milk, extra Carmel & an extra Espresso shot. Talk about mmm mmmGood ! ? ? ? ?

This Starbucks was unique due to there being no inside seating which I thought was pretty cool. They still had all the typical things you can get at Starbucks even though the menu outside wasn't the full one like you see inside of a Starbucks.
