I've heard about the light ice policy. But this is ridiculous that it's not filled to the top and also this was not actually light ice. So they rip you off basically. This was regular ice.

Parking lot is very small and no access because the line of cars for the drive through are blocking all of the spaces. Drinks were ready fairy quickly, but they were not even filled up. I basically paid extra for a bigger cup with the amount of coffee for a smaller size drink. We order this frequently from other Starbucks and we never receive it like this.

Drinks are consistently watered down compared to the other Starbucks in the area. How is that even possible ? Isn’t there a protocol? They also forget to update the app when your drink is ready, poor service.
I was so excited that they open at 4:30!!! Needed my Flat White super early and it was delicious! Easy drive thru. Thank you!

A convenient Starbucks with speedy service. They don’t offer everything you can get at a cafe because it’s a smaller Starbucks, but they’re so quick and very nice!
Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a ramp from the sidewalk through the drive thru and a marked cross walk through the drive thru to the back of the cafe/outdoor seating area. If the drive thru is backed up sometimes people don’t notice the crosswalk and will stop on it preventing you from going across

My experience at this location was so awful and I definitely am never returning ever again. The girl working the drive thru was so rude to me when I went to grab my order and didn’t even give me my receipt. Also, I ordered a tall iced vanilla latte, which already doesn’t come with a lot because of its size, and she didn’t even fill the drink up to the top. So next time I want a drink I’m going to Coffee Bean and I think everyone else should do the same.

i will never do business with this company. they will do everything even break the law to stop a union from organizing. they have lost 34 of 36 cages brought to the nlrb.
