Employees just gossip and laugh while I was waiting for my latte. They then forgot my bread so I reminded them are she seemed to get upset as she rolled her eyes. She also was on her phone the entire time and grab the bread with her bare hands. Never coming back.

This review is for Starbucks inside Macy's Del Amo on the 3rd floor...We regular come here to buy lattes to go before walking around the mall but notice this Starbucks location ALWAYS charges sales tax whereas other Starbucks locations NEVER charge sales tax for our lattes. This place always makes our drink perfect, unlike the other close by Starbucks so even though it's more expensive here, it's worth it.

Pretty good service. Marvin the Starbucks captain and team are very good at there jobs.
Parking: Third floor parking was close to the Starbucks .
Unfriendly service. Left us standing for 3 minutes with no communication. And there was only one other costumer.And their refreshers are literally just ice cubes, and 4 oz of actual drink. And that's for the biggest size
