This review is for Starbucks inside Macy's Del Amo on the 3rd floor...We regular come here to buy lattes to go before walking around the mall but notice this Starbucks location ALWAYS charges sales tax whereas other Starbucks locations NEVER charge sales tax for our lattes. This place always makes our drink perfect, unlike the other close by Starbucks so even though it's more expensive here, it's worth it.

September 22, 2021 7:00pm Barista Nancy needs to be retrained. She is very unfriendly and snappy with the customers. She was rude to a child!!! Very nasty and rude and when I asked was she closed. She stated. " Uhhh yeah I'm closed" in a very rude manner. Please hire more Barista like Marvin always professional and friendly . I never have a issue all barista knows me and I tip very well everytime. Attitudes such as Nancy will make alot of customers reconsider stopping at this location.
