I love going to this Starbucks when I visit target and my visit recently made me love it even more a barista by the name of Sicily took my order she was quick, efficient, and very polite her sweet energy and contagious smile stuck with long after I left the store !

The staff today were so rude. Everything we tried to order they were out of & the lady at the Counter was extremely rude. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Truly a shame. If she doesn’t like her job she should leave. I watched her be rude not only to us but to three others in front of us. She even stated well we’re out so you can go to another Starbucks. Wow extremely rude.

The Barista named Taylor had such a great demeanor. I know Starbucks employees are generally this way but this was different. Heard me give my order and was attentive, polite, addressed me by name when asking follow up questions. Unbelievably fast in receiving my drink.

Love this Starbucks location inside the Torrance Target! The staff are all extremely helpful, quick and genuinely nice. I actually drive a bit out of my way each morning, just to go here (rather than sitting in my old car at a drive-thru spot). Great job! Keep up the good work!
