Awful service, staff has less personality than a sand paper and probably never heard of costumer service. The cashier whose name I can't recall had her hay covering her face so cero interested and they got me only one part of my orden she's forgot half of my order. I'm never coming back this place ......

I got a caramel machiato and drank it at the table, I wanted a refill on a hot tea, and they refused it. They said I had to have the tea or brewed coffee to get a refill. You dont even know ur companies policies.

The staff today were so rude. Everything we tried to order they were out of & the lady at the Counter was extremely rude. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Truly a shame. If she doesn’t like her job she should leave. I watched her be rude not only to us but to three others in front of us. She even stated well we’re out so you can go to another Starbucks. Wow extremely rude.

They need to clean the equipment or something. Ordered a simple iced coffee and it tasted bad the moment I took the first sip. Mop water coffee isn't it y'all. Not sure if it's very old coffee or what but that was terrible.

The Barista named Taylor had such a great demeanor. I know Starbucks employees are generally this way but this was different. Heard me give my order and was attentive, polite, addressed me by name when asking follow up questions. Unbelievably fast in receiving my drink.

This guy is wants to talk to every customer. He sees there's a line. And does not work any faster. Hope he can muster up some energy and move this line. I will not be coming back. Too freaking slow!! I will bypass starbucks and just do my shopping at Target.

Terrible location, and I've been to many. The employees were gossiping and playing around, and not even calling the customers to inform us that our orders were ready. No wonder 2 medium coffees cost $10. The manager should pay more attention to what his employees are doing,

I was visiting this Starbucks today on launch day. Despite all the chaos and all the people. Sara had everything well organized and helped everyone the best she could. Sara you were great!!! Thank you for everything you do. Employees like you are appreciated. I will definitely be coming back to this Starbucks.
