I ordered a specialty coffee, extra hot (preferably around 200°). Regrettably, this store unlike some others, can only go up to 160°. It would be nice if all the stores maintained similar consistencies.

I asked the barista nicely to add caramel drizzle to my drink. When he was done taking my order I said” can u please make sure u add extra. “ I already typed it in. Didn’t even get to finish my sentence, and DID NOT I repeat, DID NOT add the extra caramel drizzle I KINDLY asked for.

Baristas are the bomb! You really want to tip heavy for their phenomenal service, kindness, friendly, over the top customer care. I over indulged w/ an extra Carmel drizzle to offset the mega additional caffeine I added in w/ help getting a touch of my favourite blonde espresso to my Carmel Ribbon Crunch! AMAZZZING!! 💫YUMMY!!!😋 Had to round it out w/ water & straight iced coffee. Made just as ordered! That's 3 for 3!!! Had to top off the 😺. It's super clean, as if no coffee in hand it's a mop. The chairs are comfy, a few plugs, cute girls giggling over drinks & homework, college students, etc. giving a vibrancy of joy. Exactly the way a Starbucks should be! Kudos to the top decision makers at this location! After several recent really horrible experiences this was a breath of fresh air like coming home. Song Jiang China & this location are my favourites!

I ordered a hot matcha latte once and it did not taste like a hot matcha latte.. I went back another day with benefit of doubt hoping maybe there was a different barista making my drink but my matcha latte once again tasted so bad... I'm not going back unfortunately. I was hoping my drink would taste like a normal matcha latte but it just taste like someone just put water and powder together.
I don't think I will be returning to this location, my last few orders have been bad experiences. They gave me an Apple Crisp Macchiato that didn't taste at all like apple nor caramel, just plain oatmilk. Then I asked for a kids hot cocoa and they gave it to me boiling hot! They are supposed to be "kids temperature" so kids don't get burned! Luckily, I tried it before I gave it to my daughter (burning me instead). I keep asking for peppermint mochas and the drinks look so sad! Like they don't even try! The pictures, and past experiences, have whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. This year, I have not seen one sprinkle! I even asked if they ran out of sprinkles the last time I went and the cashier said "maybe they just melted, I don't know" and just literally shooed me away! She was so rude about it too! Did they get new people recently or what?? I've been going there for years and it has been great until just recently.
