I ordered a hot matcha latte once and it did not taste like a hot matcha latte.. I went back another day with benefit of doubt hoping maybe there was a different barista making my drink but my matcha latte once again tasted so bad... I'm not going back unfortunately. I was hoping my drink would taste like a normal matcha latte but it just taste like someone just put water and powder together.

I don't think I will be returning to this location, my last few orders have been bad experiences. They gave me an Apple Crisp Macchiato that didn't taste at all like apple nor caramel, just plain oatmilk. Then I asked for a kids hot cocoa and they gave it to me boiling hot! They are supposed to be "kids temperature" so kids don't get burned! Luckily, I tried it before I gave it to my daughter (burning me instead). I keep asking for peppermint mochas and the drinks look so sad! Like they don't even try! The pictures, and past experiences, have whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. This year, I have not seen one sprinkle! I even asked if they ran out of sprinkles the last time I went and the cashier said "maybe they just melted, I don't know" and just literally shooed me away! She was so rude about it too! Did they get new people recently or what?? I've been going there for years and it has been great until just recently.

My husband and I had an awful experience in this Starbucks. The guy that works there his name is Brad, he was disrespectful, and he was harassing us as little people. It’s a disappointing situation for us because we’ve always loved Starbucks specially because of their good service, but this Starbucks shouldn’t have this guy working there if he harasses and discriminates their costumers. I don’t recommend this Starbucks because I don’t want more people to have an unpleasant experience as we did, especially if you’re handicapped.
If I could give less than 1 star, I would. They got all my orders wrong, even asking if they had it right and I couldn't even wait for them to remake because I was on a lunch. So I just had to take my incorrect orders and leave.

Mobile ordered brand new menu items and got there and it’s not even available. Took me extra time to have to wait in line to be helped to get a refund. Advertising in store and on mobile app needs to be adjusted if something is not available.
