bad service if I could give it 0 stars I would I asked for a venti strawberry açaí lemonade no inclusions extra ice I received my drink and it didn’t have no lemonade. I proceeded to ask the cashier and I let her know it didn’t taste like lemonade the barista said he added lemonade but the taste and color said other wise they proceed to stand and stare at me instead of fixing the problem I then ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade no ice extra inclusions I don’t know if the cashier was trying to be funny adding way to much lemonade when I didn’t ask for it could definitely improve customer and barista skills definitely won’t be coming back here.
Espresso Latte half decaf still keeps you up! But the milk will settle your stomach. Starbucks saves the lavished traveler in their time of need!

Had a hair in my drink the previous day and saved it because I needed it remade and had to go to work. Brenda was extremely rude and told me to call corporate for a 5$ drink. I have heard numerous complaints about her customer service but have never experienced it for myself, unfortunately they are true. You can tell she doesn’t want to be there. Very condescending and facetious . Avoid her .

Brenda the supervisor feels that she knows what her fellow employee did without her present.He was very unhelpful in assisting me in operating the credit card slider and assume I knew how it work when I'm a elderly person.When brought to the attention of Brenda and told her I would leave a comment on the website she responded like most managers /supervisor knowing she won't be accountable she said have at it .He was passive aggressive and look around as I ask him how to slide my card cause I didnt have a chip.He look around as if he didn't hear me Him and her being Hispanic spoke in Spanish as I walk away .Very rude to do that .

Very bad experience, really terrible, the attitude of the boy who helped me first said that he didn't know Spanish, then he gave me the wrong coffee 😑 later when I told him that I had made a mistake, he snatched it from me and gave me the one I ordered reluctantly, in fact he didn't even It didn't even taste like coffee. It was pure ice. After two or three sips, there was nothing, just ice. It was really bad. I think he played a bad trick on me and he was really Latin. It's a shame that your same people treat you badly. The time they served me was between 5:20 and 5:30
