It's mostly popular for drive thru but they do have indoor and outdoor seating. Nice friendly crew.

This location is fine, but the food quality is not that great. My danish was warm, but other locations heat it up for more time. I recommend ordering online since they can get your order wrong in person.
This is a great location for me to stop and grab a coffee before i go into work.

This is by far the WORST Starbucks location in the South Bay. I have repeatedly had terrible experiences at this location and have sworn this place off for good. The term customer service doesn't exist here. Every visit I have had a rude or difficult encounter with the baristas there. The location itself is not the best given the set up/construction in the parking lot. You are forced to use the drive thru if you go into the entrance off of Western. While this location is closest to my home (less than 1/4 mile), I would rather drive 1-2 miles out of my way to have a better experience. Highly recommend you do the same!

The Starbucks is fine, typical Starbucks atmosphere, but compared to other Starbucks the team that works here are impersonal robots. If you order a pline coffee, they don't grab the coffee they go back to doing what ever task they were doing before taking your order.Parking is miserable so if someone takes the time to come into the shop, A little critical thinking would go a long long way.

10/24/23 Needed a pit stop to use the facilities coming from the Torrance fmr mkt (theirs is closed) Nearest Starbucks to the rescue! Got My Oleato latte through the App & it was ready when we got there. The restroom (single stall/gender neutral) clean & stocked. There are a few chairs & tables for hanging out, studying or working. Additionally, there are also outdoor seating available.Not bad for a pit stop-beverage & use of facilities.

been here many times. usually great service. But unfortunately today that was not the case. the drive thru guy named ALEX. was so rude when I got to the window. First he left my drink on the ledge outside the window. Which I didn't know was mine until I had to ask after I paid. When I got the window He yelled my total and walked away. I sat there waiting. he took my money. and again walked away my drink still sitting there with flies landing on it. he came back with my food. I asked if that was my drink he said yes. I asked him to remake considering the flies. so he did. or so he says who even knows. finally he came back with my drink and said nothing. no have a good day no sorry about that not even here you go! usually they are great which is why this terrible service stood out so much. I hope that they check these reviews and put their employees in check because that was not okay. I was never rude about the drink he just seems like a rude ignorant inconsiderate kid. please train him better or get him off the drive thru service. thats a huge health code hazard

This is how I recieved my Nitro Cold Brew. I might as well have ordered Tall.
Very slow and not so friendly. Ordered a grande coffee at the counter, and it took nearly 15 mins. Yas was not motivated towards customer service. This Starbucks is always a challenge.

Do they not know what a FROZEN DRINK is??????? I just got one 2 minutes ago and they might as well have given me a cup of WATER . That drink for $6 and it was so watery and it was supposed to be strawberry it look more like milk PLAIN!!!!!!!I threw it out after the first drink drink….

Totally the barista did not pay attention to the order. The order was for two med Java chips double blended. My wife and I both received our coffees that were not even frozen just runny. There was no way they were double blended because the choc. chips kept clogging the straw. I love my Starbox treats but if thats the treatment and service we will receive I will fulfill my coffee sweet-tooth elsewhere. Just spent 11 days in the ICU and was disappointed enough to return them but I was not driving. Starbox can provide all the tools necessary to put out quality products but when you throw in the human factor. (if you get it, you get it. this one did not)
