Despite the price increases, I still supported the brand. However, when you pay for a Venti, shouldn’t it be 20 oz? I feel like a consumer that’s been ripped off. Anyone else feel the same? Class Action Lawsuit anyone? Any law firm recommendations?

I go to this Starbucks location pretty often and have had such a delightful experience. Inside was nice and clean even though their lobby is HUGE, but what stands out was the service here they are always happy to help you! Most of the time I get the same little blonde miss attending me not only is she incredibly efficient and knowledgeable about their menu, but her infectious smile truly brightened my day. It's rare to encounter such genuine kindness and from such a pretty young lady too it made my visit all the more enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning.

The SLOWEST Starbucks in the country. There’s just something “off” about this place. Every single time.20 minutes to get a plain nitro cold brew. It’s just…pull the handle. Done.3rd wave coffee is faster…

25 min wait for a large iced green tea lemonade. I know it is a busy place and the guys were going as fast as possible, but they need a better setup for on line orders vs walk-ins. There were more orders sitting on the counter waiting to be picked up, then there were people inside waiting. And there were a lot of people waiting!!

This starbucks sucks. So slow, ordering beforehand does nothing. Plan on waiting 20 minutes for your coffee.

Never going to this Starbucks again. Ordered two tall frappucinos for my kids to drink while we were there. I then took one of their finished cups to to order a free refill of iced coffee with my app when the girl at the cashier said they don't offer that. I asked her what she meant because that's the whole point of the "free refill" offer for Starbucks. She had me feeling like I was asking for something out of the ordinary, which was crazy because I do it every time I sit/drink at a Starbucks, just to feel better about their already ridiculous prices! She then brings in a coworker to the conversation, who also makes it seem like I'm asking for the sun and moon. Like really... check your policy. I've been going to that Starbucks and other locations for years and never got this treatment. Not sure how long he's been there but he certainly made it appear like he knew what was up. Kept saying it had to be a "like for like" order. I told him to check with a manager. While he left to make a phone call, i quickly pulled up an article showing that Starbucks's policy is to offer free hot tea/coffee or iced coffee refills for a handcrafted drink, as long as you purchase it with the app and don't leave the store. I wasn't asking for a free frappucino refill! He comes back from his call and basically said what I told him about their policy and said that he would offer a drink to me "this time". As if he was doing me a courtesy for questioning his knowledge on their policy. I asked him what he meant, since I did everything within their policy. Then he said that I couldn't have left their premises. Duh. I never left. That was never even asked of me! If he just looked at the time I ordered my drinks he would've known it was less than 30 minutes prior. So then I told him this shouldn't be an issue for future trips because I did everything within their policy. He said it shouldn't be an issue. And yet no apology from him for making a fuss and having the incorrect information on their free refill policy to begin with! So ridiculous and a waste of time. Do better and don't make your customers feel like they are asking for too much when it's something your store openly offers.
