The French dip should never have comeback..... bland n the au jus was water mixed with brown gravy..... yuck. I think it gave me an upset stomach too.....arghhhhh. I like how you order at the register n they bring out the food to you. Not a place I want to go, but the friends like to go.

The value this place provides with their rewards program ain't bad. I come here with my wife who is in love with the tahini sauce... She frequently orders a pint of it, then saves it for her salads. The team is friendly and the manager stopped by several times to check in on us very politely, asking if we needed extra sauces which we obliged. It's pretty hard to beat the value of BBQ here compared to so many other places that charge way too much for a lighter "gourmet" portion. This is the way to feed your family at a reasonable price and you will for sure have leftovers. Also I love the smell in there - 5 star for smells ?

Chicken Alfredo is lacking in taste, sauce, CHICKEN, it’s mostly noodles to get you full without actually being proportioned properly for Togo orders. My side Garlic mash is great, aswell as the spinach dip. Too bad I now have to spend more money to satisfy my hunger. The sauce that is present lacks in flavor, taste like water diluted cheese, no salt.
Ordered the family bundle with the tri tip , pesto pasta, ceasar salad' and breadsticks. Everything tasted great abd will be back to try other menu items for sure.

Sat down, and then an employee went on their break and sat at the table across from me. They proceeded to watch videos on their phone with the sound cranked. The food has gone downhill since our last visit about a year ago. The salad had wilted lettuce, and the chicken thigh was a bit undercooked. Hope it was just a bad night for the kitchen, but if it's the new normal, then this place is done.

I have made orders for catering up to $2000 for Parties and other events and they always deliver. Amazing service, I was gifted a $50 gift card and was given an apology for being late. On this occasion they had a full house and I made my huge catering order the day of and they were backed up. Manager is down to earth and is awesome!

Having tried several of the coffee shops/restaurants in the South Bay for decades we still find the SFG the only "WOW" place when it comes to flavors for our taste buds and fair value. Not cheap but "FAIR". Since opening years ago, the seasoned older staff of yesterday are now replaced with eager, and caring younger men and women who do their daily best to meet expectations of the hard work in making their customers happy. They meet we seniors, wife and me, with a positive, attentive, hard working attitude. In short they keep us coming back and bringing friends every week for their new positive adventure. None of we customers will ever see pricing of yesterday again so when looking for value for a good meal, we feel comfortable with the numbers. The interior of the site is the same today as when it first opened. Simple, clean with ample assortment of booths regular and large, chairs/tables placed all around without being close so as to have some privacy. 4 stars is correct for us as a rating as there should always be room for improvement. continuous improvement in putting the customer first.! Still learning to recall names we both like the exemplary work displayed by Willy and Andrew as starters and more to learn and recall as we go. We will post again on our personal experience, both positive and negative, at the site as time goes by.All the best to you and yours.
