They closed 15 mins early. In an area where everything closes by 10, I'm highly pissed that one of the only places still open closed down before closing time.
Extremely small sandwiches, the footlong barely had any vegetables on it. Some Subway owners are trying to save money by shorting customers. Will never come to this one again.
I have never received an old hard sandwich bread. this time I did. This is my second time here and the first one was excellent but this second time I couldn’t even enjoy my sandwich of how hard it was the bread was coming apart of how hard it was. Never again if they are willing to give this kind of bread don’t doubt they give old stuff. Never again

If your looking for a good sandwich then this is the place to stop by! Today I had the turkey on white bread with lettuce, pickles, salt and oil along with a bag of chips and sprite. The service was amazing quick and fast. The lady who made it made sure that I was very happy and ask if I wanted more or is this good enough.Most Subways, you have to ask to put more lettuce or pickles but she ask me...WOW I was very happy.Overall of this Subway the place was clean and nice and cool! Thank you Subway staff for making my sandwich the way I wanted. Hope to see you again soon. Keep up with the great work there, your doing just fine.~Harry Irvine

I usually get a sandwich and a small drink. The small drink cups have a quality control issue and routinely leak at the bottom, no problem just get another cup and pour into the new cup. I've been informed that management is now refusing to allow staff to replace a defective cup, if you get one that leaks you're stuck with it leaking.

The worst service! So bad I didn't even buy the sandwich. I walked out and went elsewhere . How do you want to charge extra for bacon when you order a chicken bacon ranch sandwich?

I went to this Subway and was told they no longer chop the meat for the protein bowl...laziness??? Not sure why they would want to just clump the meat on a salad...Anyhow, headed to a different Subway!

The subway sandwich artist/cashiers needs training on how to talk to customer. I requested for veggie sandwich on 05sep21 around 1pm. The cashier was so rude, she even embraced the other crew member through her anger issue. Seems like she didn’t like working at subways, she was forcing herself to work. Rather than blaming her I would blame manager for hiring her. I think subways need to train people on how to talk to customer. Worst subway experience ever had. Will never go to this subway.

Well, I ordered again via subway app breakfast sandwich. As soon as I placed the order I went inside subway spoke with the MOD and asked to see their printed ticket for my order. I wanted to confirm that I was not mistaken. I confirmed their printed ticket was had the same breakfast order I wanted itemized. I tried to explain the bold print nomenclature of the breakfast sandwich does not imply that the customer wants FLATBREAD. I pointed out to her that Italian bread is clearly listed as a itemized item. One can tell she did not understand and just said okay to appease the matter. When I got home I discovered she left out the cheese. I further asked if she could please educate Cesar of this... last time he argued with me that it said flatbread.If you frequent this subway one can tell the staff has changed. It's consistent that Cesar and the female supervisor are there most of the time. Since this change customer service quality has drastically declined. Cesar is curt with customers. I have files a complaint with subway. Let's see how this matter is resolved.
