I strongly recommend avoiding this Subway location due to the terrible customer service and unprofessional behavior I experienced. I placed an order online but needed to cancel it. Since the app didn’t allow cancellations, I tried calling the store over 20 times, but no one ever answered. Frustrated, I went to the store in person, only to be met with rudeness and complete lack of accountability from the staff.
The employees—one a blonde, petite white woman, and the other an older Mexican woman—were dismissive and unapologetic. They repeatedly told me, “It’s not our fault,” and refused to issue a refund or provide any solutions. Their attitude was not only unhelpful but downright disrespectful.
This kind of poor service and lack of responsibility is unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and basic respect, I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

Both employees were dismissive, unprofessional, and seemed to lack basic respect for customers. Their attitude made it clear that they had no interest in providing quality service or maintaining a welcoming environment. It’s unfortunate because this reflects poorly on the establishment as a whole.
If you value being treated with respect, I’d advise taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other options where your patronage will be appreciated.

This Subway location is an absolute disgrace. I ordered online but needed to cancel, and the app wouldn’t let me. I tried calling the store over 20 times, and no one bothered to answer. When I finally had to waste my time showing up in person, I was met with some of the rudest, most unprofessional employees I’ve ever encountered.
The staff—specifically a blonde, petite woman and an older Mexican woman—were shockingly dismissive and downright hostile. Instead of offering any solutions, they kept repeating, “It’s not our fault,” and refused to issue a refund. Their smug attitude and complete lack of accountability made it clear they don’t care about their customers at all.
This location is a total failure on every level: incompetent staff, nonexistent customer service, and zero respect for their patrons. If you value your time, money, or even basic human decency, avoid this place like the plague. Subway should be ashamed to have their name on this disaster of a location.

This is the worst subway location I have ever been too the restaurant was very dirty from the fountain drinking area and the cashier place was dusty they had a Hispanic young tall skinny guy working , with the same gloves that he dipped his hand in to get jalapeños is the same gloves he was using to open the fridge and touch other stuff , very nasty!! My churro had no sugar and was plain and cold , everytime I asked for something is as if he was bother, Also didn't get my dipping sauce for my wrap

Every customer walked out! On Monday afternoon, I walked into Subway and saw 2 customers lamenting that the vegetables did not look fresh as their sandwich was being prepared. After telling the worker and nothing being done to remedy it - those customers stormed out. The rest of us in line did an inspection and the vegetables did indeed look like a combination of dried out and sour. We ALL left too. Subway needs to do a better job of food inspection and quality assurance. This is food that people are eating. No one wants to risk food poisoning.

There are a lot of rude and lazy workers overwhelmed by the way they treat customers and very hostile and unfriendly. I was going to go to another store until jose snowed up! Why is he not managing the store?? He is management qualified! Other managers need to learn from his qualities

This is the most disgusting Subway ever. DO NOT EAT HERE! The workers inside are so rude, and cannot make a sandwich correctly. I ordered a 6 inch meatball sandwich, and received a sandwich with only two meatballs on it…. Is that some type of inhumane joke? Another time, I placed an order for pickup and my footlong meatball sandwich was cold. The mozzarella cheese was not even melted on the sandwich. It was disgusting. You are better off going to the Subway on Carson St. a couple miles further. The pictures of the sandwich I got from them, may make you lose your appetite tho
