Person was very impatient with me I had to tell him to go restock supplies he was giving people the last bottom of the Is cucumber, and the tomatoes, onions, I'm not sure if the Mayo or it was the Ranch dressing was Is stale tasty very old so it ruined my lunch couldn't eat it had to return it plus it looked like it had been sitting out for awhile cause it was a different color not healthy at all.

today at 6:52 I was overcharged for a sandwich by a rude man working with a younger girl at subway in Torrance Ca I tried to have a decent polite conversation with him and he stated there wasnt anything I could do about the overcharged sandwich with coupons was with my friend who acknowledged he was unprofessional. I hope upper management is able to address this issue and have a c ok Movers ok n with hth the man to treat customers better.

The staff wasn't very helpful, the customer service was incredibly poor. There's a Subway every block, just go to another one.

Worst customer service ever!!!!! I work in customer service so I know what respect is and how to treat a customer. I am always so polite when ordering. Right off the bat she was so angry and didn't want to make my sandwich. She slapped it together & at the end she started adding things to my sandwich that i never asked for while I wasn't looking. My boyfriend noticed and looked at me confused.... did u order that? I look at my sandwich and i ask her politely that I didn't want mustard. She turns around & angrily slaps together another sandwich. And to rub salt in the wound she over charges us for the wrong sandwich. I will never come here again. She had small eyes and glasses with black hair in a bun, didn't catch her name. Worst customer service in my life. But..... I loveeee subway and will definitely still go to other locations where the employees are wonderful!!!

I don't like going Subway, but my brother had a deal, so we went today for lunch. We mobile ordered before picking up. After picking it up and taking it home, we discovered that our entire sandwich was incomplete. We asked for lettuce, salt and pepper, vinegar and a couple other things and they were not included. We ended up with just bread, meat, cheese, tomatos, very few slices of onions, and my olives that only I wanted, and not a lot at that. I had to pull from my brothers side to get a good amount.Who the hell was working? How can you be so lazy that you don't add everything on the order? And then you have the audacity to serve it to us without saying you didn't complete it. Now we have to add our own ingredients at home...I hate going Subway. They never do a good job. Thats why I have to write this review because they deserve to be shamed for this poor effort. I haven't had Subway in a year or so and I can see they haven't changed at all.

My family and I wanted to eat here but as soon as we entered, we were bothered by an individual asking us for money. He was doing that to everyone entering. Told the employees, they said yeah we know. We had to eat in our car because he was staring at us the whole time.

Came here to order some sandwiches at night. Was busy night like most weekends here. Two Hispanic ladies looking like they hate working here did not greet anyone. The girl that was helping me( her name was Fedima) asked me what meat, I said veggie patty, she rolled her eyes and went straight to the freezer. Then the other girl who was helping someone else went to the freezer too. Again it was busy. They both were in there for about 5mins. When the girl that was helping the other people came back with a packaged meat and sealed. When Fedima came back she just had 2 veggie Patties ( not in packaging) I've been feeling sick since and I hope it's not because of the patties that weren't sealed. Beware. As I was leaving they were both whispering in Spanish. I will not be coming back to this Subway and I really suggest the owner understands the importance of good workers, because those girls weren't them.

Do not order delivery. Someone can't read or whatever...we got 3 sandwiches....Tuna & turkey were made as asked...but they wrote the names of the sandwiches on the opposite wrapping. Coworkers were not happy when one bit into the sandwich that belonged to the other person. Then the ciabatta has no cheese or pesto or toppings herbs & Parmesan like I asked for. All DoorDash could do was credit $4 from a $30 order. Very disappointed. Thank God I had mayo & mustard to moisten up my sandwich.
