Excellent sushi restaurant in Torrance, CA. The quality of the sashimi and sushi is outstanding at this restaurant. The seafood is very fresh and the price reasonable compared to the big cities like New York. The service was very friendly and efficient. We will definitely return again.

Where do I even begin? The amazing selection of fish were so insane that I wasn't even looking at the price after the first nigiri bite. I mean the quality of the fish were mind blowing on top of the kitchen order we had placed. I went with my dear friend and we had ordered marinated salmon, salmon, trout, sea bass, Uni, the steamed egg, etc. The chef was very kind and our server was very attentive to bring out the hot tea consistently. Very reccomedned to try Sushi Ken AT LEAST ONCE!!!

The Omakase, while a little pricey ($62/per person) was awesome. A nice mixture of of sushi that I would not have ordered myself. The service was quite good and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is a little bland, but also on par for local sushi restaurants. I will be back!

I've lived in the South Bay my whole life, frequented many sushi places and to me, this is by far the best kept secret. Fish is amazingly fresh, and prices extremely reasonable. Service could not be better. This is not the place you order all the rolls with a bunch of different things, its where you order good sashimi and sushi. Their own Sake that they carry is actually good. This is the only sushi place we go to in the south bay now :).

I happened upon this place and WOW!! Tiny little space, the absolute best sushi, and the service/presentation was incredible! I will 100% make a trip again for this place alone!

The food was exquisite. The server was so sweet and attentive. The freshness of the sushi really stood out. Everything was presented well. Restaurant was quiet and clean and relaxing. Highly recommend. Also very affordable given the quality of the sushi.

Cozy traditional restaurant. Arrived on a Saturday around 7pm and there was no wait. There's plenty of free self parking. Was greeted by the friendly staff and quickly seated. They offer lots of cut sushi options as well as a few cut rolls. The fish was very fresh and tasty. The rice used was of excellent quality and prepared very well.Felt it was a bit on the pricey side considering it's not in a fancy location or fancy ambience.

Wish I would have gotten to try. Was told at about 8:05 PM to come over before 8:30 pm for a reservation... only to be kicked out the second I got there... at 8:19 PM. Visiting town only and changed my plans to opt to go there to support local business instead of heading closer to LA. Mistake, unfortunately.
