The girl was rude, she made it seem like it was an inconvenience to ask what things were while the glass had fog on it. She literally told me “What do you want” as I didn’t know what things were since they didn’t have labels. Talking about non work related matters was more pressing than attending customers. Weird.

I walked in and was only greeted by her, as I approached the line to order two girls were having a full on conversation for 3/5 minutes and still no acknowledgment from them that I was in line ready to order. Kaitlyn immediately noticed them chatting and took care of my order.

I tried Sweet Greens on Saturday for the first time and got food poisoning! Something tasted a little odd in the salad but I ate it. I was miserable sick afterwards. I will never eat there again
I tried four time to call the store and tell them about my experience but no one pick up. This is why I am writing the negative review.

September 10th at 4:05pm - This was the second time I come to this location. Despite my best judgement, I decided to try to eat here again. I walked in with my husband and there were two male employees behind the counter and one female employee in front of the counter where customers would typically order food. Zero acknowledgment of our presence, no hello. One man walked in right before us for his pickup order and was also not being acknowledged. One of the male employees was talking to the female employee for quite some time so we were just waiting for them to finish their conversation so we could maybe order? She turned around, saw us, and I think left. Nobody had acknowledged us yet. One of the men goes to the back, and the other just keeps building to go orders (im assuming). In the end, we waited a good bit and then just decided to walk out since nobody could be bothered to give us the time of day.
We went to Tender Greens instead. What did they do as soon as we walked in? Gave us the warmest welcome and we had the best dining experience.

Dined in . I thought as I was eating that I preferred the presentation and taste of salad from the previous location was better than at this location. Kale was little tough I prefer cucumber red cabbage sliced thinner.

I love Sweetgreen! This location had some cross contamination (I got a pickled something? in mine). And no compostable utensils for some reason.

I had the Caramelized Garlic Steak and the Hot Honey Chicken plates. Both are as healthy as they come. Really good for you kind of food. Parking on this side of the mall can be a B during peak hours so try the parking structure and walk over.
If you're not down to sit-in, they also take mobile orders through their app.

I enjoy sweetgreen a lot but I wish they would be more careful handling people’s food. Almost every time I order from them a random ingredient like a carrot or a chickpea (not ordered) has ended up in my salad. Every time I have brushed it off and ordered again. However, I have a nut allergy and today I found an Almond in my salad. Luckily I did not eat it. But let’s just say I am really reluctant to ever order again as they seem to be quite careless about this. I don’t feel safe ordering from them again.
Walk in 1 hour prior to close and they don’t have rice or several protein options, and the staff don’t seem like they want to be here?
The kicker is that there have been 10+ customers that walked in after us. Make more rice.

Shouldn’t the food look good enough to purchase? Everything was dry as molasses. EVERYTHING! I asked myself, “They actually want me to eat what I see in front of me?” No sir! Looked like food had been sitting there ALL DAY, and perhaps the day before and the day before that, just waiting for a sucker like me. I wasn’t having it, so I left “Dry Green” and will never return.
