I'm trying to complete an online order at 8:26 pm and it indicates that the order won't be ready until tomorrow morning. I tried calling and it hangs up on me. Hours are until 9pm. Employees closing early.

$20 for 4 cubes of chicken and a pound of greens with 3 tear drops worth of sauce for my bowl. Never again

This was my first time in sweet greens. I wanted to see what it was about. I knew it was near closing time so I only wanted to grab a menu and ask how everything works. I walked in and was welcomed (more like unwelcomed) immediately with "umm we're closed". Then I asked if I could just grab a takeout menu, the employee said "Take the menu but we're closed!" While signalling with the head chop motion. I felt this was a very rude interaction, I definitely don't know why I still grabbed a menu.

The tofu and mushrooms were cold and burnt. The tofu was hard and I couldn't eat it. The salad had a dressing I didn't ask for and tasted terrible. I had to wait for more fresh tofu and it was also hard. Please stop burning the mushrooms. The workers are confused and don't remember what they are waking on to complete orders. The restaurant in Manhattan Beach is better. I thought maybe it was a bad day but it happened again during lunch time.

Add this to the list of places to never go back to.we have been here 5 times in the last week. Upon arriving tonight at 827, We waited in line , only one person in front of us. We waited about 10 minutes to be helped. Upon getting to order there was no food left no protein just scraps to be honest. I said I needed to order 5 meals . She proceeded to tellMe that they barely had any food left because they closed at 9. Not the best answer if you are running a restaurant, I know I have worked in and own my own food business for 20 years. I told the worker , girlWith tattoos and a mask, there should be enough food if you are open until 9 . She was not very nice and I toldHer we would have to go elsewhere. To be honest looking in the containers there were scraps of meat that should not be served . They looked dried out and to have been sitting there for hours. I have had nothin but great service every time I have been here and great food. I tried to ask the tattooed lady for the general managers name and she hesitated to give it to me and I had to ask her several times. I think the managers name is Margo but I doubt she gave me the correct info so if Margo sees this I recommend making sure you guys have enough food to be served so you don’t lose loyal customers . I would also recommend training employees properly although i know you can’t teach them manners those are learned. If you don’t have enough food to serve customers then you need to close. Shoutout to the gentleman working there tonight he is amazing and does a wonderful job and his energy is so great.

I love coming to Sweetgreens. I eat here at least once a week. There were some growing pains in the beginning when the store 1st opened including google saying the restaurant was permanently close....however, I appreciate the growth of the team. Mario the manager is amazing. He's done a great job leading the staff since opening and it's always a pleasure stop by when he is working!

Sweetgreen is located in Del Amo Mall. The outside parking lot is often super crowded and hard to find parking, but it's nice that there are designated temporary parking spots for pick-up at Sweetgreen which is convenient. My friend and I both got the Chicken Avocado ranch bowl on Wednesday for lunch. It comes with blackened chicken, avocado, pickled onions, apples, tortilla chips, white rice, chopped romaine, and the best part, the green goddess ranch dressing. It was a pretty good portion and filling! It came with a piece of bread on the side. The bread was super dry and bland per usual, but after dipping it in the dressing, it tasted better. I wish the bread that they gave was either toasted, or more moist. I recommend mobile ordering through the app. It's super convenient and you're able to customize your bowls / salads. The app doesn't let you order an extra dressing, but it lets you choose 3 different types of dressing. 1 container of dressing is not enough for the salad so I usually pick 2 other types of dressing to try different ones. I got the miso sesame dressing and the cashew dressing on the side. Both were so delicious! They had a kick to it which I loved.

First time here and it was awful. I will not be returning! Awful. Would give it zero stars if that was an option. I ordered the hot honey chicken protein bowl which was advertised as having 48 grams of protein. When the server put the chicken in, it could not have been more than about 3 ounces. I asked if I could have some more chicken and he said they were out of that type, would another type of chicken be ok. I said sure. He added some more chicken on top and told me he would have to charge me extra. I was ok with that as I wanted the 48 grams of protein. We took our protein bowls to go.... When I opened it, it was still no more than about 4-5 ounces of chicken (still no where near 48 grams of protein, even with the quinoa) and the chicken was absolutely Un edible. I should know better than to assume that it would be breast meat but not only was it ALL thigh meat, I'm pretty sure there were knuckles, joints and tendons too..... disgusting. I ate a few bites of the most normal looking meat and felt sick to my stomach for an hour afterwards. And I was charged an additional 5 bucks. My daughter got the salmon bowl and, while better, the salmon was SUPER strong, like it was either old or worst quality fish possible. I'll take Cava or tender greens over this any time. Disappointed and out 40 bucks.

I mobile ordered a create your own bowl. They also have pre-set bowls to order, but I liked customizing my salad. I added romaine lettuce, rice, cabbage, carrots, olives, and blackened chicken. I wish they added more lettuce & I felt like the proportions were a bit off. I think I got the same amount of purple cabbage as lettuce. You can also pick up to three dressings on the side, which is nice because you can try different ones. I got the pesto vinaigrette & the miso ginger dressing. The pesto was a little tangy. I love the miso ginger dressing, and it had a small kick to it. Only con is I wish they had more selection of toppings. I would have liked to see black olives or artichoke hearts.

This was my first time going to Sweetgreen and I was definitely disappointed. I've heard a lot of good things about this place, but it's just meh. The concept is very similar to Chipotle or Cava, but with salads. I got the build your own greens and grains bowl, and it just seemed like a set-up. Everything was extra, including the sweet potato protein (which, may I add, was undercooked and basically raw in the middle). The store was out of a lot of toppings, and for most odd the remaining the toppings I wanted, it was extra (including corn lol). I got the chipotle crema as the dressing. The one nice thing about getting dressing on top of the salad, and not on the side, is that they mix the salad really well for you. Another thing I really disliked about this place is that the service was quite bad. The staff were friendly but were inept at working. The girl who made my salad had me repeat everything I said at least twice. She seemed kinda spaced out when I responded to her, which was quite frustrating. The inside is very clean, but I'm not sure if that's because the place is newly opened or nicely maintained. I will note that the forks are placed in the self-service containers every which way, which to me isn't all that sanitary.
