Good Morning To The management From Taco bell this is what happened this morning I went to drive through 6:10AM I was speaking to drive-thru intercom and No one answer ,then I went to the window to Knock so they can hear me suddenly no one response and I went again in drive to speak to intercom no one again answer i went second time to knock the door It takes a while before the crew show up and the old lady she said she forgot to turn on her speaker and the other crew a bit rude she want me to go back again in drive thru so totally I drive around 3 times I ran out of time and I was late at my work they are not professional I was staying in taco bell for 20 minutes mY MORNING WAS RUINED and one more thing the cashier was speak Spanish she told to me Apurate when she closed the window Itmeans hurry up sound like she want me to leave I'm really upset this morning and One more thing I think 4 months ago there's a lady was upset and she complaining she was waiting for long time for her order and she told me the lady crew on cashier is rude and I figured out right now yes she is rude .I also waited a long time before she gave the order to the woman at the drive through

Today I came here and placed an order, but everyone who came after me received their orders earlier. I waited a very long time and was ignored. Very bad service. I'm disappointed! When I received my order, I saw that all the food inside was poorly stacked.

The food at Taco Bell was actually really good—no complaints there. But the service? Terrible. I stood at the counter for 5–7 minutes just to ask for a cup I ordered at the self-service kiosk. There were five employees behind the counter, and not one of them acknowledged me or was doing anything productive. On top of that, every single table was dirty and the place was a mess. It felt like no one cared at all.
The only reason I’m even leaving this review is because I constantly hear fast food workers wanting to be paid like professionals—yet some can't even manage basic customer service or cleanliness. If you're expecting more, then act like it. Good food, but the lack of effort and service kills the experience.

This is by far the worst Taco Bell ever. No ice in my drink meat was greasy stained the paper and was un edible. The server woman with red hair has the worst attitude and it shows in the quality of the food. There are so many good Taco Bell’s this one is far from good. I will never go back to this location tuned my day and $16 down the drain for trash.
Went a couple of times in DriveThru at night for a quick snack pickup. Their spicy potato soft taco is so incredibly well made compared to any other Taco Bell locations in California.

There is something seriously wrong at this location. We've been through the drive-through on visits that were weeks apart and we keep getting food that tastes like chemicals or plastic. It's happened with the Mexican pizza and the soft tacos and the taste is so overwhelming the food doesn't feel safe to eat. I don't think this particular Taco Bell should be trusted with the safe handling of food.
