HORRIBLE SERVICE. Cashier’s name is ANGELICA G. Located in Torrance, CA. She is the short overweight chubby Latin lady. Extremely rude service. Huge attitude problem from the shift manager. I was treated very poorly for no reason. I was embarrassed by the employee for no reason. I also found a hair on my chicken bowl on the pico de gallo tomato. I will never visit Taco Bell again, especially this location. I need to speak to someone from the main office to file a complaint. There’s a Carl’s Jr & Wienerschnitzel next to Taco Bell. I regret not going to the other restaurants instead. I feel sick to my stomach and I feel so upset. I spend my hard earned money here and then get mistreated by the staff employee for NO REASON. This feels like discrimination. If I could give this rating “0” zero stars, I will.

I was asked if I wanted sauce and I said I did. When I got home there was no sauce and no receipt for a lot of tacos , quesadillas I bought. I tried to call the store, 9 times and no one picked up. I went back to get my sauce and receipt, there was nobody at the drive thru so I went that route. The guy at the window was not apologetic even said that he thought he put all the stuff in my bag. After asking him why they do not answer the phone, he said they are busy (note, I was the only one in the drive thru and dining area was pretty much empty). He then closed the window. This happened around 6pm on 6/8/23 at the Harbor Gateway Taco Bell. Order no 321575. Manager, please check your missed calls. Sorry, your store is not worth visiting again!

The Worst Taco Bell ever. No matter what you order if it’s easy and your the only person in line they get it wrong. Get a new manager and new employee’s. It’s not rocket science. Don’t waste you lr time or money. Not the first time! It has to be poor management! Stay away!
