EMPLOYEE IN THE DRUVE THRU SUPER RUDE! A Large women working in the drive through 10:30am Jun 30 passive aggressivly accused me of trying to get free food or something. She gave me an item incorrectly made item that was shown to her and proven by the receipt. She the asked me why did it take you so long to notice and not in the first bite. Because I had eaten half. As if she was going to be able to sell it had I only taken one bit. I was trying to eat it, but could not get through it cause it was gross and not what I wanted and I accepted that and decided to take it back and get my correct item She made be very uncomfortable and was aggressive. I was the only costumer and she seemed annoyed. 20$ an hour a we get the same rude treatment as 10 years ago. Never coming back to this location again.

I ordered the $7 crave box and loaded beef nachos. Did you really served me a stale chicken chalupa? How disrespectful. First, the chalupab is supposed to be beef and second, the shell should not be cracker hard and it should not be ice could. You owe me a redo.

The drive through took 30 minutes to handle 3 cars. I had to repeat myself multiple times to order and then they got it wrong anyways. I had to reconfirm my order at the window and they still gave me chicken instead of the steak I paid extra for. The nacho fries barely had any in the plate. This place is terrible!

Affordable tasty food .the prices doubled up in the last 3 years but still affordable.
Took my daughter here to Taco Bell for the first time ever because she wanted to try the Crunch Wrap Supreme. Got home and no crunch in the wrap! How do you forget to put the crunchy tostada in the wrap? It's in the name!! Tried to call them multiple times for about 30mins because they were too far to go back and the phone continued to ring busy. I'm sure they purposely had their phone off the hook to NOT take calls! Just horrible! Won't be back to that location again!

Bad food, bad service. The man was depressing and didn’t give our order of nacho fries, only the crunch wrap supreme. He said we didn’t order the fries, but we did. A few hours after I ate the food, I had an upset stomach. I think this marks the end of my support for the Taco Bell company.

So I'm not sure if anyone has ever had this experience at taco bell but recently the guy gave me 2 sauces and refused to give me more because of policy! I've never ever had an issue at taco bell with getting sauce. Either the kid was racist or homophopic because like I said 2 sauces, has anyone had that experience at this taco bell?

Rude drive thru personnel. Food wasn't what I requested. Tacos broken up, drink order wrong, and they were out of beverages, and gave me a beverage I didn't like. Threw everything away. Made a complaint, and a week later, no response. Very disappointed, but I will dispute charge, to get my money back. Lesson learned.Thet had a really professional and personable young man before, but this person today was horrible!
