This place is cold and offputting. It embodies all that is wrong with corporate America. A single meal was $24 with a quesadilla, two tacos and drink. There is nobody to greet you and take your order you must use a kiosk. Paper receipt is not an option, that would cost too much. The UI tries to upsell and suggest additional items and has a screen you must skip about joining a rewards program. There are no napkins or sauces freely available. I left feeling used.

Focuses only on drive thru. Walking into the restaurant, they have had the cash register blocked off, with a handwritten note saying if you want to order to use the kiosk, so much more of a hassle. If you don't want to, you are out of luck. 0 customer service. The drink fountain doesn't work so you have to interrupt them, and they do look bothered, to get a refill. Why don't they just permanently close the restaurant portion and make it drive thru only? Walk in customers seem to bother them.

Direct you to an ordering device and my special order was not there. If you add items they charge, if deduct items they don't reduce the bill. So if you want more beans and less rice it will cost you. Loved the bowl. Very tasty and rice with beans makes it high protein.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a cantina chicken bowl. I drove home to eat my food and found a strand of hair in my food. I took photos for proof and went back to get a refund or new meal, but they refused to accommodate me because I threw the food away, despite the photo proof.

It's Taco Bell so you know what you are getting. But the guy working the drive through was better than most. He was friendly and was very accommodating and thoughtful.
Went to the drive though.. 10mins and no help, so I back out, and left.. I guess they don’t need my money

EMPLOYEE IN THE DRUVE THRU SUPER RUDE! A Large women working in the drive through 10:30am Jun 30 passive aggressivly accused me of trying to get free food or something. She gave me an item incorrectly made item that was shown to her and proven by the receipt. She the asked me why did it take you so long to notice and not in the first bite. Because I had eaten half. As if she was going to be able to sell it had I only taken one bit. I was trying to eat it, but could not get through it cause it was gross and not what I wanted and I accepted that and decided to take it back and get my correct item She made be very uncomfortable and was aggressive. I was the only costumer and she seemed annoyed. 20$ an hour a we get the same rude treatment as 10 years ago. Never coming back to this location again.

I ordered the $7 crave box and loaded beef nachos. Did you really served me a stale chicken chalupa? How disrespectful. First, the chalupab is supposed to be beef and second, the shell should not be cracker hard and it should not be ice could. You owe me a redo.
