The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I attempted to order a drink through the app, but encountered an error message after using a virtual coffee bean gift card, so I gave up. A few hours later, I discovered that the order had been completed. I called the location but received no answer. I also sent an email, but did not receive a response... What am I just here giving out free money?

We went there for breakfast to drink a chai latte, black tea and avocado toast. Fast and professional service. I loved the chai latte. Well-known coffee chain in the USA

The service is unique. It varies by who’s serving you what type of service you’ll get. Some are nicer than others. I particularly enjoy the company of this one lady that always wears a mask. She’s quiet but sweet. It always looks like the staff are talking and having fun with themselves. Makes service a bit slower but I don’t mind unless I’m in a rush. I prefer this coffee bean to the other locations because their teas are stronger.

Forgot I made an order, so I sat there waiting for 10 minutes while one of the baristas made a drink for her and her coworkers until she realized she forgot my order.

Arrived at 6:13am after waiting for the Coffee bean further up Hawthorne by Del Amo to open at 6am. It didn’t open whilst we waited outside and staff just ignored us when I knocked on the window. Arrived at this location and the place wasn’t even open at 6:13am even though opening time is posted as 6am. Wonder if the owners/managers know their staff are just not doing their job. Ok well Starbucks it is from now on to avoid the magical mystery tour of the South Bay just to get coffee! ???

I love that this location is so close to my job (walking distance) love coming here with my coworkers on our break or lunch the only thing that it's not ok is the costumer service from 5 days of the week we go at least 4 times a week we are 5 that come here and every time we come we always get an attitude or eye rolls we have never been rude or unpolite to the staff here we always great them with a smile. Honestly looks like they hate working there.
It's been like this for months and we have never said anything but this time it just drew the line.
A girl that works there (slim Hispanic girl ) not sure what's her name didn't bother to ask her since she had a nasty attitude only cause i asked her for an extra pump decided to just grab the cup and toss it hard in the trash and rolling her eyes.
Not sure if it's the pay they might need a rise not quite sure what it is but what is going on with the attitudes.
My coworkers an I work in patient care and we know how to great patients and help them in the most polite and respectful way it's our job.
so please girls we are just there to grab our drink and go we are not there to be rude or unfriendly to yall all we ask is for a nice welcoming and friendly experience.
I don't want to stop coming here! But if the attitudes keep on happening we will just take our money elsewhere.

Kind of dirty all the time I’ve visited. Tables need to be wiped down more often for sure. The cold coffee I purchased was okay. Not the best. Caramel latte with almond milk iced. The jalapeño bagel with cream cheese were yummy!

It's always a pleasure here for my Starbucks getaway.The coffee here is excellent, and they have 32oz cups of iced coffee, and THAT'S a huge plus.Basic iced coffee at 32oz isn't too pricey, but getting into the more fancy cold brews will be a little extra.My personal favorite is a 32oz Midnight Mocha Cold Brew Latte.Starbucks has nothing to match it.At least not yet they don't.The location is excellent in a very good, clean part of town and ideal because of the many surrounding perks & businesses.This particular location is always clean, the service is great, and the coffee is excellent.

Parking: Parking is plenty in the early AM, but more full in the afternoon.However, it's a huge parking space serving many businesses.

Drinks should not be made in less than 30 seconds and then give me a drink worth throwing in the trash nothing peppermint in your peppermint Mocha gave me a plain black and white coffee charging me $6 for a medium cup shameful. Had to spill it in the grass right outside.
