They are how starbucks once was if you dine in, pleasant atmosphere, nice vibes, quiet ,peaceful live this place when I need to escape for a bit.

I attempted to order a drink through the app, but encountered an error message after using a virtual coffee bean gift card, so I gave up. A few hours later, I discovered that the order had been completed. I called the location but received no answer. I also sent an email, but did not receive a response... What am I just here giving out free money?

The service is unique. It varies by who’s serving you what type of service you’ll get. Some are nicer than others. I particularly enjoy the company of this one lady that always wears a mask. She’s quiet but sweet. It always looks like the staff are talking and having fun with themselves. Makes service a bit slower but I don’t mind unless I’m in a rush. I prefer this coffee bean to the other locations because their teas are stronger.
