Love the coffee bean coffee is superior to Starbucks the teas are tastier so why one star because what coffee bean hasn't mastered is customer service and retention at this location at Delamo mall is so beyond not friendly now that they were bought by jolly b they should make the staff jolly .

The manager here is super nice! Staff is very friendly too! Every time I've been here, it's been clean as well. I use to work at a CBTL years ago, so I can get pretty picky with my drinks! I wish I caught the gals name who made my drink, because it was so on point! Being here in this location in particular, reminds me of my old store I use to work at in Santa Monica in main st by the beach! My last visit here really has me thinking of applying to work at this location! (They are hiring part time btw!!) Great company overall, and I enjoy coming to this location. No drive-thru..just a good-ole fashion walk-in!
