I ordered takeout, and while the food was great, I was disappointed that no napkins were provided. For a takeout meal, especially with messy items, having napkins on hand would have been really helpful.

This location hasn’t been dissolving their powders into their drinks. I first ordered a Matcha Latte and all the matcha powder was sitting at the bottom of the cup undissolved so when I drank through the straw I got a mouth full of powder. A week later the same thing happened with the Pumpkin Dry Ice - all the vanilla bean powder was sitting at the bottom of the cup. Hopefully this location fixes that problem.

The supervisor and her right hand gal there are always so professional, respectful and keeps the team running like a pit crew! I get my coffee here often always impressed from the great attitudes and fast service.

This is HANDS DOWN THE BEST coffee bean location. Everything is 5 stars !! Location ⭐️ staff ⭐️ drinks ⭐️ everyone is always EXTREMELY polite and our drinks are always PERFECT!! We've been to multiple locations and this location is the standard of what a coffee bean SHOULD BE!! you can clearly see the staff takes pride in their work. I LOVE IT !!
