Cookie Butter iced latte.. that's all I have to say about that. Anthony was nice and was pleasant in the eyes.

Hard working staff, still polite and attentive to requests. Just the right combination of friendly and busy. Great music, reminds me of old kiss fm.

This place always gets my order perfect I order an extra hot cookie butter latte and it’s always exactly just perfect they don’t rush to make it . It’s not like they just throw everything together it’s nicely done I’m sure with care because it always taste exceptionally good. Always, like I ask extra hot.. never lacking in flavor I don’t wait forever either it’s just a few minutes and I’m out. I’ve gone through drive thru and walked inside and at both get the same friendly attention from baristas . My order is always perfect like I said it’s done with care I don’t mind waiting a minute or two just because I know it will be an amazing cup of coffee! Theirs no comparison to Starbucks this place is just so much above them!

Hi. I drive for Uber and wish that you please start using a double lid on your wide mouth sipping cups. Use the second to cover the large mouth hole, or if it doesn't latch, maybe start using a sticker to cover it? While driving and having to make a quick stop to avoid an accident, my customers drink spilled and ruined the packaging as well as their sandwich. This should be done with all stores, so I will be reaching out to corporate. The customer was kind and understanding, but I want to avoid this happening again. As drivers, we spend hours, sometimes 12 hours driving and we come across a lot of possible accidents, or get into accidents. Some of us haven't impeccable driving records, and it's not our faulr. Thank you.

I ordered takeout, and while the food was great, I was disappointed that no napkins were provided. For a takeout meal, especially with messy items, having napkins on hand would have been really helpful.

This location hasn’t been dissolving their powders into their drinks. I first ordered a Matcha Latte and all the matcha powder was sitting at the bottom of the cup undissolved so when I drank through the straw I got a mouth full of powder. A week later the same thing happened with the Pumpkin Dry Ice - all the vanilla bean powder was sitting at the bottom of the cup. Hopefully this location fixes that problem.
