This resturaunt does not have a seniors menu so the food portions are too large. We noticed that someone was getting a birthday crepe. I mentioned to the waitperson that it was my friends birthday too. Not expecting anything I just mentioned it. The waitperson (shift manager or leader) brought her a crepe with a candle in it and said "here, if it's really your birthday" very rude and kinda ruined the meal. It would have been nicer if she had asked my friend if she wanted a crepe. She would have declined. Because we were already very full. Also, I have had crepes at the Lomita location and this was not the same at all. This crepe was not filled with any cream and was stuffed with sliced banana and one sliced strawberry. The cook should be ashamed that he let that crepe leave the kitchen. I should not have mentioned her birthday at all. I wish I hadn't.

There's so many great breakfast places to choose from down here, but this is becoming our favorite. Highly recommend the breakfast sandwich, the short rin Benedict, the Southerner combo, and the green chicken posole. Oh, and of course, all the varieties of specialty pancakes!

Excellent food and service. It's a bit loud when full, and the chairs/tables provided minimal confort with no padding on the seats and wonky tables. The air conditioning was on too high, and we were all shivering, but the server turned AC off upon request. Like I said, great service and some of the best food I've had in the South Bay. The Southern Fried Chicken is incredible, and I usually order it.

The food and service were amazing! We've been wanting to try The Pan for YEARS and we finally did when we saw that a branch opened in Torrance. Not only that, but our server, Aurora, was so sweet and made our experience even better. You won't regret coming here!

The "Original" Loaded Hash Browns -ordered with extra crispy hash browns 4/5 because the hash browns weren't as crispy as I hoped. I'm going to order this again when we visit the actual restaurant and sit down. I ordered on Yelp and feel like the travel time from restaurant to home could've impacted the crispness of the hash browns. Southern Fried Chicken - 4.5/5 from my hubby, he wanted more country fried gravy (I didn't try this) The Classic Breakfast Burrito - 5/5 BOMB.COM, will definitely get again. Came with the green salsa and it made it even better - even with ketchup too. It was huge, flavorful, and something I would definitely recommend/get again. Shaki's Strawberry Nutella French Toast - 5/5 you can't go wrong with French toast strawberry and Nutella. I appreciate that they put the jelly/jam on the side. It wasn't my favorite and I wouldn't want it on the French toast even if I sat down in the restaurant. Even with the little mark downs on ratings, and the hefty price, I would still give this place 5/5. There was a little note on the receipt that made the brunch experience feel personalized and thoughtful and they provided enough side fixings to have some left over. The place is always packed with people and now I know why. Will definitely have to check this place out in person next time and I'm hopeful for a better experience with the crispy hash browns

I recently had dinner here with a friend. We both ordered chicken and waffles. The dining area is clean and welcoming. The menu items are reasonably priced. The reason for the 3 stars is the service was "there" and that was about it. Before, it felt like I was coming into someone's home. I don't necessarily want to have a full-on conversation with the server as they are busy serving the other patrons, but it felt like I was just a number this time around. This wasn't the case when I came before at this location.

This place is so cute! Came for Brunch with my bestie after my Zumba. We both ordered the chicken and waffles. Does not disappoint! The chicken is flavorful and the waffle is fluffy. Will be returning.

There are 3 The Pan restaurants now with the one on PCH being the newest. We have tried all 3.The one on PCH is the one we went to most recently for breakfast. It was good but not great. Yes, they do have a fairly wide assortment of choices so you should be able to find something you want. But for us, we feel the food is pretty much similar to what you can find at many other places. No better, no worse.Quite frankly, we don't get why people would even wait in long lines, at times, to eat here. We've eaten at The Pan's maybe 5 times trying to figure out what it is that other's are seeing and that we might be missing, but so far we don't get it.The location on PCH is the largest of the 3. We did notice that the acoustics were a bit on the noisy side, and at times it was a little difficult hearing a conversation between the 4 of us. When we were there, it was full, so maybe there was more noise than at a less busy time.Service was very good and people seemed to be enjoying themselves. Maybe some day we will finally be able to figure out what others seem to think, makes The Pan so special?

First time to this location. I hadn't been to any of the Pan restaurants in years, but today's food was so good! I ordered the Mediterranean omelette with no feta and upgraded the toast to a strawberry pancake and my daughter enjoyed the fresh strawberries that came on top. The omelette was so good- I don't know why I never thought of putting artichokes in my omelette! I think they sprinkled oregano on top- it was a nice touch. The house potatoes on the side were nice too- little crispy bits and soft slices bits of potato. Everything was salted nicely- not too salty. I samples my nephew's fries and they were so good! Thick, a little crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I think they were so delicious because they were well salted! I appreciated that the waitress made a note that we had severe nut allergies and she said they would cook the food on a separate grill. Would definitely come back. Pro (or not so pro haha) tip: there is alley parking on the backside of the restaurant.

Food is yum. Expresso pancakes delish. Hubby loves the Lucy's loaded burrito. I enjoy the Benedict's. Esp the crab cake ones. Take out service great and friendly. Only ate in once and service was okay on a very busy weekend morning. Definitely a keeper for our takeout needs.

The food here was so delicious and full of flavor and the atmosphere was great as well. We were seated quickly and the waitress was very helpful to recommend items. Our food came in a timely manner and it was great portions for the price. Definitely coming again!!
