The Napoleon is my favorite burger ever! I live nowhere near The Standing Room, but will travel miles just to enjoy that burger. I have introduced several friends to The Standing Room and none have walked away disappointed.

I loved, loved, loved the veggie burger here. It was NOT Beyond Beef. (I'm a vegetarian and don't like the "real" meat taste of Beyond Beef).We ate dinner here after a long stressful day of bicycle riding, with some pleasant beach trails but also scary busy streets (PCH etc.). We were really hungry and hoped for a good meal.The veggie burger, as I said, was delicious - one of the best I've had. My partner got the meat burger with cheese - also fabulous. The sweet potato fries AND the regular fries were also very very tasty! Service was great and - since we were there in the early evening - it was a quiet wonderful atmosphere. All in all, the food was high quality and we enjoyed our relaxing and tasty dinner!

Let's get this out of the way: The Dressed Burger is excellent here. Juicy and well seasoned patty that is perfectly grilled. All the toppings are unique but pair well to enhance the texture and flavors within the buns. But at around $16.50 after tax for a single burger is overkill even with inflation prices.I understand they either need to raise prices or increase sales overall to offset the overhead but this isn't a sustainable business model IMO. It's unfortunate since the food and service is great but I think the problem is mainly the location.The entrance for the parking lot in this area is just weird and awkward to access from Torrance Ave. You need to turn off into a side street that curves around a bit before getting into the very back of the parking lot. The plaza itself is also too small to attract curious customers driving by.The burgers themselves are well crafted and The Standing Room should take pride in that, but they need to probably need to relocate or convert themselves to a full service restaurant instead of a counter order model if they're going to charge these prices.

I'm surprised the place was pretty empty when I went because it was so good!! We ordered the napoleon burger, the chance burger, and Brussel sprouts. 10/10!!!

This is a convenient burger pick-up spot for good gourmet burgers. They have some indoor seating but I've only gotten takeout or delivery from here. The interior is pretty minimal and dark, as I suspect most of their business is probably via takeout, delivery or catering services. Service is quick and efficient. The burgers and sammies are on the fancier side with a korean fusion twist; some items incorporate Korean aioli, Bulgogi or kimchee. My go-to burger is the Dressed Burger with a side of (extra crispy) Truffle Parmesan fries.
Stopped in for a b'fast burrito and coffee. Service was quick, and the burrito was great. Nice games and waiting area!

Great little restaurant in Torrance. Unique food choices, but can get a burger and fries. I had the Bulgogi bowl in the picture and was really good. The server was friendly and talked to us about what they offered and what was good there.
