I stopped here on June 18, 2025, because I was hungry and wanted to grab a bite to eat before work. There was one female employee assisting a person ahead of me and there was another younger female employee on the register (she was ringing up another customers order) so, I waited.
After the employee on the register finished with the customer she was assisting, she came and started preparing my order. That normally would not have been an issue for me except for the fact that she did not clean her hands before going from the register to preparing food. I was trying not to make an issue out of it but, it did bother me. However, I needed to keep moving and head to work so, I did not have time to try and speak with someone about it, otherwise I definitely would have tried to address it.
I was disappointed to learn that hygene was being compromised. I come here occasionally when I am working in the area.
I hope that improvements will be made to this location's hygienic practices so that I can feel comfortable continuing to come to this location.

I had a great experience at Togo’s! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Not only did we receive a generous discount, but they also surprised me with a free cookie, which was a thoughtful touch. The customer service here is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and truly focused on making sure every guest feels appreciated. The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I highly recommend stopping by Togo’s and supporting this local business. It’s always great to see places that genuinely care about their customers!

It was a horrible experience, I will never go there again ,nor will my family or friends, and I recommend you not to go to this location. I just spoke with the owner, Jackoff who just came here, from Pakistan, we sat down and spoke about why I was upset, and he was unsympathetic with my experience from his employee Alyssa, she was extremely rude, unprofessional and had zero customer service. She looked like she was going through something in her day that had nothing to do with me, but, as a worker, you need to put that aside, and concentrate more on your personal appearance and hygiene . I'm going to In-N-Out instead, four stars my butt, it will be less than that when I get done with them, with my friends and family

I always place my order online. Partially because the location is a little far off, and partially because they NEVER get my order right when I place it in person. I wrote it down for them today and they STILL got it wrong, probably because they jump back and forth between like five different orders at a time. They need to either poke those ladies rears or hire more people. If you're gonna order from this location, you're safer ordering online.

The team here is great! The ladies work really hard, very kind and helpful! They keep me coming back to this location! It's disappointing it doesn't have a FreeStyle machine like every other ToGos, it keeps me from buying a drink tbh.Wife and I enjoy the hot pastrami! I also enjoy the Turkey ??

I came to this location for the first time in awhile. Togo's is one of my favorite sandwich shops. Unfortunately there isn't one super close. I have to be in the area to get it. Today's Daily Deal was a #7 Roast Beef sandwich. My favorite second is the pastrami. So I got it. It basically gives you a free soda. The worker today, sorry I missed her name,was very friendly and made a great sandwich. I am very happy with my visit today and will be back.
