Horrible. Carded even if you don't want drinks... for what ? I came to have a meal but because I didn't even have an ID on me I couldn't even enjoy a burger.

Great food. Service was fabulous. Seated right away. After golf but before dinner time. We ordered nachos. Sandwiches. Love thier skinny fries.

I went here with a friend based on some of the reviews to watch the Dodger home opener. The food is excellent and the service was great. The hanger salad is awesome. Steak was cooked perfectly and delicious. We also shared the nachos which were incredible and the onion ring tower. The food here is excellent. Very rare for a sports bar. Also, the wait staff were great. Outstanding service and great attitudes. Also, a very nice place. Loved it.

We've been wanting to try Torrance Tavern and are happy we did! It is easy to locate with plenty of parking. Inside, it is clean, updated, and attractive with roomy blue leather booths, sparkling hanging lights, and several good quality TVs for sports viewing, along with a good bar. Music was playing at a pleasant volume. Jorge, our server, is excellent. Now, for the best part: the food was fresh, piping hot, and delicious! We really enjoyed the large wings, beautifully prepared fish & chips, and BBQ chicken flat bread--the portions are generous enough for another meal later or tomorrow! We're looking forward to our next visit to enjoy some of the other menu items. We'll definitely return soon!

great food, great drinks, great service two different times I've been here, there are screaming children jumping in booths, running around the bar without shoes. this is not a play ground. employees are obviously frustrated but say nothing to the parents who are driving other customers away. one server we spoke to even vented that this particular group are regulars and a problem but can't do anything about it

Have been here a few times. Got the double meat Philly cheese steak sandwich. Very disappointed. Meat was dry. Like it had been cooked awhile before we ordered & kept reheating it. Salty too. Had this sandwich before & it was good. Very expensive sandwich to be so bad.

Just recently tried this place for my birthday. This spot is a hidden gem, their food was amazing and it just had a great ambiance. Service was also good very attentive.

Nestled on Hawthorne Blvd between Sepulved and Lomita , The Torance Tavern offers a comfortable retreat for those looking to enjoy a casual dining experience. The ambiance strikes a balance between a traditional pub and a modern eatery, with dim lighting and wooden accents that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The menu, while not particularly adventurous, provides a solid range of classic American fare. The food are well-cooked and satisfying, and the selection of beers on tap covers the basics. Service is friendly, albeit a bit slow during peak hours. While The Torrance Tavern may not dazzle with culinary innovation, it’s a reliable spot for a laid-back evening with friends or a low-key dinner date. It’s the kind of place you go to for convenience and stay for comfort.

Walked in and immediately saw familiar faces. Amazing service, as soon as I sat at the bar, I was assisted, and even though I was early for happy hour, they still honored the prices. Food was SO GOOD. I recommend the Korean BBQ wings and parm fries. Fries were crispy and just enough parm sauce on top, garnished with a blend of herbs. Karaoke started just as I was leaving, but I could easily stay and have a great time doing that. Best local Tavern, in my opinion.Parking: There are tons of parking options right out front.

Hidden treasure. Amazing service. Super quick and attentive. Comfortable atmosphere. Lots of sports on multiple tvs. Food is pretty standard bar food. Spicy margarita was SPICY, but I like it like that :)

The fish and chips is fantastic!!! Best I have found in Torrance or Long Beach. The service has also been friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend the restaurant.

I love Torrance tavern! As someone who is always just looking to stay local but have a good time this is the place. They have sports on most of the tvs(idk if they will change it if you ask) I've always liked what they have on. The food is delicious as well, I'm a big fan of bar food and I ALWAYS bring friends here and they love it as well..I'd get the buffalo wings, they have a great beer selection and their chicken sandwich is pretty fire as well. Parking is ample but idk if they have control over the outside lighting but it's a wee dark and you honestly need to know where it is if you go in the dark. Overall I'd refund this place for a chill night of sports and finger foods.
