They rather loose a customer than fix their drink first I asked for matcha drink I asked for little ice I guess they didn't understand that the guy was pouring the milk on a filled up ice cup I asked is that for me ? He said yes I told him I asked the lady for very little ice he said I'm sorry about that I said no problem then he made my drink I also tiped on my card I took a sip then I realized remembering that the silk almond milk was on recall for listeria and few people died from it I took a sip and remembered that so I looked it up sure enough it was I came back told the lady and showed it to her she said ooooh ok I told her can I please get another one with different milk she only had whole milk and the silk almond milk first she said she had no other milk and she wasn't going to change it for me I mean it's common sense to just really apologize and fix it with no questions asked but that wasn't the case she after that accepted and went to throw the drink away and make another one for me so the same guy made the second drink after the lady and I showed him why he was making the drink again so he made the drink with whole milk which there was no other choice. After he made it he told me to taste it but my other order was ready too for my food from another place in the food court I said if it's the same like the other one then it's fine because I just wanted to get my other food order in which they called it 3 times already so I went and sat at the tables to eat I took a sip from the matcha it was lot more milk taste then matcha I really didn't like it plus the sweetness wasn't enough it's like I was only drinking milk plus I was hungry I was siting eating my lunch and decided to leave my drink to the end i finished my lunch and while I was leaving the lady thanked me she saw me so I told her please can I buy more matcha and sweetner for my drink for a dollar worth she said I'm sorry I can't I told her i want to buy it not make a new one and I'm not asking for it for free she said I'm sorry there's nothing here that cost 1$ my owner would not let accept it ??seriously!!!! It was a big disappointment I took the drink and honestly I'm gonna drink it even though it wasn't the milk I wanted but I paid 5$ and tiped the 85 cents which was the 20 percent on there or 15 percent dont know.....so I'm definitely not giving them my business any longer instead of being thankful I brought to her attention the silk almond milk is on recall and be grateful people wouldn't get sick or die from it on top of that I got a drink I didn't want or like wasted my money for nothing it's unfortunate that people would put money above people's health and satisfaction just really disappointed from the human way of action on this situation

I really like this place, quaint and situated inside of HMart..the place has a great variety of baked goodies. All so fresh and tantalizing! Service is great and the staff is welcoming..and great with suggestions on what is popular.

We usually come to this shop to buy breads and treats. Today, I went specifically to buy wheat bread. When I asked for it, the clerk went to check in the back. She came back and informed me that they now only bake wheat bread on weekends. I was surprised and told her that she couldn't be right because I buy wheat bread often. She suggested it could be a new policy they've introduced. Wanting to clarify, I asked if I could speak with the owner about this change, but she told me the owner hadn't arrived yet.

The phone number doesn’t work! Google says they’re open but according to yelp they are temporarily closed until December 31st 2023! So I’m confused, the bad review is for Google search and not the bakery!

Stop by Hmart to do some grocery shopping and decided to get an iced caramel macchiato since the Starbucks had too many cars in line.Well their iced caramel macchiato is quite the treat since they make the expresso straight from the machine and the flavor is amazing. I am surprisingly pleased with it.They have a wide assortment of pastries and drinks other than coffee.Will have to stop by again to try other drinks on their menu. Their service is good and practice social distancing. This spot is located inside of the Hmart just inside the Vista Plaza.
Lots of delicious pastries and bread. Good quality coffee. Too bad they stop doing $10 baskets in the evening. If they keep refrigerating yesterday's pastries, fruit tarts etc it's just not good!

Wonderful experience - and so fun! - from the ordering process, with so many delicious decisions. They were so patient with my numerous questions - to the execution - DELICOUS! The cake was for my mom's 95th birthday and very important to me. this was a great experience - and I am picky! My mom said t it was the most delicious cake she has ever had - and she has a lot of years of experience:-)
