Two Hands Corn Dogs

I occasionally come to Two Hands because my kids love it.Today when I went my child got thirsty so we requested a water cup and they refused to give me one claiming their machine was broken and offering to purchase . Then manager said it’s not drinkable water !
If they don’t have water in the restaurant they should to close

Cashier Ashley was very rude , not welcoming at all
almost felt like she was mad about me asking questions for my first time visit
Will not be returning to this location due to her

that attitude stinks and if she is that unhappy with the job maybe she should quit or it will affect your business

ate in my car to exit the location as soon as my door was ready to not be inside with her

Food quality has gone down in the last few months. I’m not sure if it’s because there’s only one worker and she’s messing it up or if it’s due to the supplier.

Also, they need to hire more workers. During a lunch rush with multiple online orders and in person orders, there’s only one worker. It’s not the workers fault. The owner needs to hire more people.

Food never fails to impress when you go. Staff just okay, nothing bad or good to say about them. I always get this when me and my girlfriend want some affordable YUMMY food to fill us up.

The food was amazing the customer service was a bit on a very Meh side. The only thing is make sure you check your order before you leave the girl forgot to give us our dirty fries but we were charged for it.

Well the day that we visited they had two young individuals working that had no people skills whatsoever. But more than that, I ordered my daughter an almost $8 Boba drink! When she took a couple sips she said to us that it was very watery. We took it back into the store and asked if we could get something else or a refund they said no because she took a drink out of it. Very very poor customer service and I believe it has to do with having very young people working at this location. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK EVER!

The black cherry soda didn't taste right, when I asked if they can switch it, they refused. Left my full drink there with the employee.

It's really good food. The place is clean quick and awesome, a great pit stop in the plaza for a variety lunch/dinner for the family

I’ve been going to two hands hotdogs in Torrance for a long time. I’ve never experienced something like today Ashley the manager is very rude and very polite. I had ordered 3 quart dogs, one potato, one hot, flaming, Cheetos, and all American with mozzarella cheese inside. I ordered them separately. They decided to put them in a container altogether my seven-year-old does not like spicy food and all through her hot dog. There was hot, flaming Cheetos. I asked the lady politely if she could remake it she took the receipt out of my hand, snatched it and told me next time I need to ask Very un polite very disrespectful. I told her can. You just remake me a hotdog please she goes. I’ll take the Cheetos off. I said no I need you to remake me a new hot dog because my seven-year-old does not like spicy food. She then proceeded to tell me next time you need to let them know. Customer service was horrible. bottom line. I asked her if I could speak to the manager she said she was a manager and then I needed to call back and talk to Sam Sam you need a new manager you’re gonna lose your business because of Ashley.

I don’t usually complain, but today was not the best experience I’ve had there. The young lady decided to tell me that they weren’t accepting orders 825 but I was there at least before 825 and she told she decided to tell me that they weren’t accepting orders when she came to me and it was 826 When I walked out, I didn’t argue, but I did drive from far with my child

Food was great.. But children were working the counter not paying attention to anything my friend and I were saying. We asked for TARO milk tea, which we didn’t know what taro or milk tea, 2 separate drinks. She repeated the order back to us and said TARO milk tea and we said yes. My friend got a potato dog which no hot Cheetos were put on but they are supposed to be required!! I got a spicy dog and I asked for no sauce and they almost put sauce on it, but I stopped them immediately ! They only gave us milk tea and we told them taro again but the girl who made it ran to the back to get someone to talk for her. Predictable. She proceeds to say that she repeated the order and that WE were wrong. No refund and no tarp milk made. Like I said food was good but service, absolutely not!

they got my order wrong— i asked half sausage half mozzarella, they did full mozzarella. And we asked them for no mayo on top and they put mayo. corn dogs were average, didn’t finish the bottom part.

The only reason it is missing a star is because there is only one worker for the constant flow of customers. If you are dipping the dogs as ordered, it is going to take a while. There should be two workers.
