Great food. Plenty of options. Spice level to taste (usual Mild, Medium or Spicy).
Lunch specials M-F for a better price than dinner.

We had a great meal at Ubon for lunch. The food was very fresh and flavorful and they had some unique options on the menu. The server was a very nice gentleman who made good suggestions. The dining room is pretty compact and I imagine they get pretty busy as the food is excellent. The peanut sauce with the fresh rolls is very distinct and better than others I have tried while the crying tiger beef is extremely tender and comes with another excellent sauce. The Tom Yum broth was perfection and the sizzling seafood was very tender and tasty and not super spicy but a bit of a kick. Overall this is a great place to grab a meal while shopping or anytime. The location is the far corner of the shopping center back near the in and out burger and mini IHOP. This is some great tasting Thai food with big flavors.. the prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center which is all free of course. Overall this place was great and we will be back to try more of the menu at Ubon Thai Kitchen.

My wife and I love this place so much that we’ve eaten here about 2x a week for 4 years and still get excited every time. The staff and owners are all extremely nice people as well!

Horrible unwelcoming hostess on a Saturday night. I was charging my EV next to Aldi's/ChicFilet across busy Crenshaw and thought after a long exhausting day working in Burbank, I'd treat myself to a nice meal on my own. Boy! was I wrong Dragon Lady immediately saw me and said the kitchen was closed!??? It was 8:20 on a Saturday night..
Meh...I've had their food..it's nothing extraordinary... Lots of other better Thai spots like Smile Thai on PCH five minutes away is far better.
She probably dismissed me since I was a solo diner and the tip wouldn't amount to much.

Ubon Thai is one of our go-to spots for consistently fresh and delicious Thai food. The staff are always polite, quick, and efficient—even remembering our names at one point, which was a nice touch. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, making it a great place to unwind whether it's a quiet night or a busy dinner rush.
We always order the kawprow, satay, and the curry-stuffed wontons—each dish is packed with flavor and always served fresh. Even when it’s crowded (and it often is), the experience is totally worth it.
Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality Thai food with great service in a comfortable setting.

! Wow! I have never been so disappointed and offended by an establishment in my life. This was my favorite Thai place and I would order online for pick up and I have some dietary request and unfortunately they would mess it up. It happened to handful of times and I would call and complain because it’s dangerous for me. I recently called in and they told me they would no longer take my order because I had too many complaints about them messing up my orders with my dietary request which could’ve caused a major health situation for me. I have severe food allergies and cannot eat certain things, and they would end up putting it in there anyhow. It’s unbelievable that they turned it around and then told me they will no longer serve me or allow me to order from the restaurant because I had too many complaints. I have never seen a bigger lack of empathy and ownership in anyone. The food is good when they get it right, but the customer service is absolutely the worst I have ever experienced in my whole entire life and I work in customer service. This should literally be illegal to treats customers like this!

Most dishes here are reasonably priced and taste good, although some can be a bit on the oily side. I like them, and keep coming back.

Pretty good food but not great. Nice and casual but I found the prices higher than I expected, especially since it’s good to average. Nice people, seems family run and it’s always busy.

Not good. But the people were so nice. The eg rolls were hot on the outside but it was so cold in the inside. The pad Thai did not have any flavor.

The staff were nice and attentive however, the food left a lot to be desired. We ordered the papaya salad, crying tiger, shrimp pad Thai, crunchy lemongrass chicken, and two boba teas. The only thing that was prepared properly were the boba teas. The crying tiger didn't come with the usual dipping sauce, was very thin, and very well done (over cooked). The pad Thai was too sweet for pad Thai, and the "crunchy" lemongrass chicken coating was very very oily.
