Ignore these ignorant comments about the price and size. I grew up in LA, and let me tell you something, REAL Chicago style pizza does not exist out here. They don't understand this and become Karens and try to make the place look bad. I am a happy customer and the pizza is amazing! Let the Karens stick to Little Caesars...

Order: 1 NY cheese slice, 1 deep dish pepperoni slice. If you've had real deep dish in Chicago or New England, you know this is not it. Crust has the taste and texture of being made with just flour and water. cool cheese topped with cold(!) chunky tomato sauce and cold mozzarella shreds. Just a disaster. NY slice was devoid of sauce, just overcooked cheese on flavorless crust that was also comprised of flour and water. Service was friendly and efficient, decor and furnishings were nice. If the food doesn't improve, this place will be closed within a year.

A huge "THANK YOU" to Union Pizza and specifically Hector at this location. Nine of us showed up (had contacted them about a month ago to set everything up). Our retirement community came as part of our Route 66 Adventure, with a highlight in Chicago. Hector organized a presentation on how a Chicago-style pizza is made. We were delighted and amazed of the differences between this versus regular pizzas. We ordered two Chicago-style pizzas and salads. Everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and HECTOR WAS AMAZING!!! Would recommend this place 100%. On a side note, they also sell by the slice and have lunch specials.Wheelchair accessibility: Came with seniors. Noticed they had a table designated for wheelchair accessibility.

Worst deep dish pizza I've ever had - I ordered Italian delight deep dish pizza which was supposed to include prosciutto, mushrooms & artichokes. It had about a 1" layer of tomatoes/sauce but not much of anything else - it had artichokes but I couldn't find a single piece of mushroom or prosciutto. It tasted like it was still raw in the middle. When I picked up a piece, the filling all ran out like soup. I only had a microwave to cook it but even after 4 minutes in microwave it was still runny.

Great Chicago style deep dish and New York style pizza also. The deep dish is legit and not the fake fluffy crust type that some might be expecting. Great salads as well.

Great concept. Not sure if the cooks are adding love into the mix, though ?

Went on vacation and went to this place. Oh geez! We get there. We're the only customers in the store. No one is at the front, I'm like ok, finally after couple minutes someone comes from the back. I ask him to order a deep dish pizza he tells me it'll be 45 mins to an hour to prepare. We had a lot of time to kill, cuz we were waiting for someone to come into LAX. So he looked at irritated when I told him it's fine we'll wait. It was kind of like he wanted to deter us from ordering it. While waiting several customers came into the store, to order. As I sat there, it was the same treatment over and over. Some guys ordered regular pizzas and it was taking 45 minutes. About 2 other customers who order come in complaining about the wait. One guy came in with his family and wanted to eat inside. The employee made his order to go, he was so upset. Horrible customer service. The pizza was garlic knots was good tho.

The service is bad , the guy who was taking orders is rude, and he doesn't know how to talk with consumers.

I tried Union Pizza Co for the Chicago style pizza and really wanted to like it but it was just okay. When I think of chicago style I think of thiccc pizza dough, loads of sauce, and meat. The bread just wasn't there - I expected fluffier dough. Garlic knots were yummy though.

Online prep was easy BUT when I came to pick it up today Tues Dec 19,2023 at the Artesia/Prairie location@12:55pm, the employee, male Hispanic guy with mustache, failed to greet me with any welcoming customer service or acknowledgement. He handed me the pizza with no order details. I took the pizza from his hands, I looked all over the box carefully to see if there was a detailed description receipt but there was none. I then asked him if he could help me confirm my order, but he just ranted about how offended he was because I slightly rotated the box. Did I mention how I did that carefully? Well instead of him helping me answer my question he just couldn't get off the topic of how he felt that I potentially messed up the pizza inside. He was acting like an a-hole while I was calm and reasonable. Customer service definitely needs improvement. Knowing how to answer polite customer questions is a skill set that food service workers need to be good at. I paid good money for the service, I shouldn't be coming out of the whole experience pissed off. That pretty much soured the enjoyment of eating the pizza. When I got home the pizza looked pristine.
