Called about issues with our order earlier this afternoon and was pleasantly surprised with how it was handled. The manager Jason promptly took action and was immediately apologetic about the whole ordeal. His swiftness made me feel heard, and the entire interaction was extremely positive. We would return off of that interaction alone! Restaurants need more people like Jason in charge

This place is amazing !! I went with my cousin today for the first time and everything from the food to the service was spot on. Manuel took care of us and we couldn’t ask for a better server. We weren’t sure what sauces would go good for our steak and right away he asked if we like more of a sweeter taste or a spicy taste and once we said spicy he came back with a buffalo cup and a Nashville cup big shoutout to him for taking care of us and making sure we were happy with the food

Urban is always a 5/5 for me. Manuel is incredibly friendly and consistently offers the best customer service in the restaurant. The food is excellent, and the banana cream pie is absolutely my favorite!

The food was DISSGUSTING!!! The chicken was Not cooked properly,part was rubbery & fat all over. Not edable at all, it ended in the trash. The extra side orders very small & some like the mac&cheese was burned at the bottom. The only good ones were mashed potatoes, beets, The rusted potatoes were only 6pcs. The size of a grape. For having to pay over $6.00. per side orders , not to mention the plate orders with the chicken. I'm so sick & disgusting at this. I'll not be ordering from this place anymore. I wish I can get my money back. I'm sorry I always have good things to say about my experiences. This was not one of them at all. Don't know who the cook was but they should be more careful about hiring a cook, at least Urban plates should taste the food before they delivered to make sure your customers get good food. If I could I'll give you a cero on your review. I'm so disappointed. But for sure I'll never order or eat there again. 😕
