Their food is just too damn spicy! Makes you wonder if they are covering up for other flavor that is lacking with the spiciness. They also need to expand their menu. They took away their fully Mexican menu, which they could have had more basic items on as well (like a simple bean & cheese burrito!) I wish there were more vegan restaurant chains like Veggie Grill in general, as a vegan it is very convenient to have a chain restaurant that is strictly vegan. But, other than that, there is really nothing special about them, sorry to say! They upcharge on every little thing, and their menu prices have also gone up.

I love this Veggie Grill. I've been a regular patron since I went vegan about 8 years ago and have only had good experiences. The staff is really friendly, the restaurant is always clean and has such a relaxed vibe. It's my favorite spot to grab a laid-back lunch with friends (vegan and non-vegan!) or order pick up for an easy dinner. My order is always accurately and quickly prepared and there are a lot of great menu options. The rewards program is pretty good too, lots of great deals and they often have BOGOs on specials.

avg fast casual place with an emphasis on vegan proteins, which is nice, wide variety of options but the quality is pretty much what you would expect from a quick service restaurant, also the signage is a little confusing - this is the same restaurant as mas veggies taqueria, they just have a small mexican section on the menu

We gave up eating meat this year, so finding restaurants dedicated to meatless have been hard to find. The food here is fantastic. Fresh and really tasty. The chicken sandwich was my favorite. If you gave me that sandwich I would never guess it's meatless. Will be back.
